Oscar winning actress, Charlize Theron has put her 1920s Spanish bungalow on the market for $1.9 million (£1.5m). Known for her impressive property portfolio, the star picked up the home almost 15 years ago for $1.8 million (£1.4m), and is said to have spent money renovating the home, so is set to make a loss on the sale. 

Spread over one floor, the home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,000 square feet of space. The front door opens up into the living room which boasts wooden floors, a barrel vaulted ceiling and a stylish modern fireplace.

The kitchen, which is open-plan with the living space, features light stone countertops which sit alongside dark wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Having owned the home for just over seven years, the couple are set to make a huge profit after buying the bungalow for $875,000 (£681k).

Located in the Nolita area, the couple have put the home on the market for $5.9 million (£4.6m), after initially putting it up for $6.5 million (£5m) earlier this year. Having purchased the home two and a half years ago for $5.5 million (£4.3m), the stars are still set to make a profit.

The sophisticated condo isn't shore of luxury amenities and comes with its very own private lift, which leads through to a formal hallway and open-plan living space with high ceilings and stained white oak floorboards.

Emmy-winning comedian Kathy Griffin has put her glitzy mansion in Bel Air on the market for just over $15.9 million (£12.4m). The more than 13,000 square-foot home was bought by the actress four years ago for $10.5 million (£8.2m), in an all cash deal.

Hidden behind twin carved teak entry gates, 'Orchid House' sits under a green clay tiled roof. 

With 13,000 square feet of space between the main home and poolhouse, the main house has been built in a U-shape and has a light-filled open floor plan.
