Oh, and it has a fascinating history. Known as Sweetwater Lodge, the chocolate box home was designed by the famous Regency architect, John Nash, who built his own home, East Cowes Castle, on the Isle of Wight. It was originally the lodge entrance to Westover House, which was also designed by Nash and once owned by Colonel Mouton-Barrett – a relative of the poet Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Inside, there’s a hallway, a rotund kitchen, a lounge-come-dining room, a family bathroom and two bedrooms.
