The epitome of American pop culture, country music is beloved the world over—as are the genre's biggest names. When they're not wowing audiences during their sell-out tours, the industry's shining stars can be found enjoying downtime in their spectacular residences. From Kacey Musgrave's contemporary renovation to Sheryl Crow's Nashville church house and Dolly Parton's West Hollywood bungalow, let's two-step inside the homes of some of the world's most iconic country music stars. Despite being in her early 30s, American country singer Kacey Musgraves has six Grammy Awards, seven Country Music Association Awards, and three Academy of Country Music Awards under her belt, not to mention countless singles and albums. Over her 11-year career, the native Texan has gained herself a bank balance thought to be worth $12 million (£10m). So, it's no wonder she snapped up a pretty amazing place to live when she's not on tour...
Kacey bought this serene Nashville estate in 2020, paying former owner, interior designer Louisa Pierce, $1.9 million (£1.6m) for the privilege. Built in 2012, the property has plenty of old-world charm and benefits from gorgeous grounds filled with mature trees. The house itself is quaint and characterful and looks as if it's been there for decades.
Spanning 3,494 square feet, the interior is almost unrecognisable from Louisa's day. While the designer chose a bold, maximalist aesthetic, Kacey opted to create a zen oasis with neutral paint colours from Farrow & Ball, white oak hardwood floors, and plenty of unusual furnishings and greenery. For the makeover, Kacey hired interior designer Lindsay Rhodes, and the result was showcased in Architectural Digest in April 2022.
As for rooms, the house features a gorgeous entrance hall, a light-filled lounge with rotund seating, an open kitchen, a pretty built-in cocktail bar, a large dining space that overlooks the garden, three bathrooms—and something all musicians need at home, a music room.
A statement staircase that appears to be part of the wall itself leads to four bedrooms. One guest bedroom, in particular, reflects the singer's love of antiques, boasting a gilt French bedframe, telling Architectural Digest: "I love thinking about who might have slept here." Kacey explains her aesthetic as embodying the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, embracing beauty in imperfection. Although her décor looks pretty darn flawless to us!
In November 2022, Kacey decided to say goodbye to the home, despite only owning it for two years. She sold it quietly and quickly, to fellow country music star, Kelsea Ballerini. The 'Peter Pan' singer paid Kacey $2.5 million (£2.1m) for the place, according to Dirt. In the process of finalising her divorce from Morgan Evans, Kelsea is currently selling her previous home—another Nashville residence that was coincidentally also renovated by Lindsay Rhodes. Kenny Chesney's home is a custom-crafted masterpiece sitting on a hilltop in Franklin, Tennessee with panoramic countryside views and a huge 56 acres of land. Named Bella Luce, the stunning estate has been in the hands of the country star since he snapped it up for $9.3 million (£7.8m) in 2009.
Inside, the stunning home has over 12,000 square feet of living space and boasts 150-year-old reclaimed Walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand-forged Cedar and Douglas fir beams and grand limestone fireplaces. A vaulted ceiling in the great room and an arched colonnade makes this a spectacular space for entertaining friends and family.
One of the most expensive listings in Franklin, the luxury house has a glamorous kitchen with marble worktops, a centre island with seating and high-end appliances. It's the perfect place for a country star to relax, thanks to a cosy living space and dining area and the rustic but tasteful decor that has more than a touch of the ranch about it.
With four bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, this bedroom features a small seating area and double doors that lead out to the expansive gardens where there's an infinity-edge swimming pool and entertaining areas. Elsewhere there's a home theatre, a lift and even a lookout tower with 360-degree views. The Mediterranean mansion sold for $11.5 million (£9.6m) in December 2021.
Strait holds the record for the most number one hits in country music history and has sold 70 million records in America alone – so it's no real wonder that he can afford to build himself a customised masterpiece. The property sits on over 12 acres of land and offers almost 8,000 square feet of inside space, not to mention a gorgeous garden with an infinity-edge pool and spa overlooking San Antonio.
Inside, the mansion is meticulously presented with some seriously unique interior design touches. From stained-glass windows to saguaro cactus rib shutters, exposed adobe walls, rustic timber beams, hand-crafted tiles and hand-sculpted beehive fireplaces, this pad is sophisticated and special in equal measure. There are four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, as well as formal living and dining rooms. There's also a chef's kitchen and a wine cellar.
Many of the rooms open to outdoor entertaining spaces including the master suite, which boasts spectacular panoramic views across the countryside. Outside, there's a detached one-bedroom guest house, as well as a tennis court. In February 2021, Strait decided to wave goodbye to his longtime, custom-built home. After an initial listing price of $10 million (£8.4m) in 2018, the estate was last seen on the market for $6.9 million (£5.8m), but was removed two months later in December 2021.
With 16 studio albums under his belt, Alan Jackson is one of America's biggest country music stars – and his estimated $150 million (£125m) net worth proves it! Putting his fortune to good use, the 'Chattahoochee' singer had a stunning estate built back in 2011.
The home's floor plan includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as endless living rooms, all elegantly presented. There's a grand foyer, a large chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room and a timber-panelled lounge that offers scenic views across the garden. We'd certainly be inspired by that outlook!
As well as plenty of spaces for relaxation, the property is also equipped for entertaining. There's a large home theatre with a bar, a piano room and sumptuous guest suites, some of which feature their own balconies overlooking the garden. Many of the rooms also benefit from views across Harpeth Valley.
There's plenty to admire outside, too. As well as expansive lawns and lush landscaping, the beautiful backyard is also home to a loggia, a swimming pool, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, two temperature-controlled garages and numerous outdoor living areas where Jackson no doubt enjoyed many moon-lit drinks. In late 2020, the singer decided to part ways with his long-time home, placing it on the market with Compass. It sold in March 2021 for a cool $19 million (£16m) – and it's really no wonder!
Compared to some country music stars, Rodney Atkins' Brentwood home is fairly modest. Located in the sought-after Tennessee city, the characterful property was snapped up by the 'Watching You' singer in 2008 for just over $1 million (£843k). However, in 2020 the American songwriter decided to wave goodbye to the pad, placing it up for sale with a $1.4 million (£1.2m) asking price eventually selling for $1.3 million (£1m) in 2021.
While its price tag might not be as sky-high as some of the other properties in our roundup, the charming house offers plenty of bang for your buck. As well as a five-acre garden, it has a modern, 5,385-square-foot interior, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Of course, there are plenty of rooms for unwinding – and for playing a bit of guitar!
The well-appointed property comes complete with an open-plan great room that leads to a large yet traditional kitchen. This family space benefits from a soaring ceiling and statement fireplace. There's also a two-storey foyer, a light-filled dining room and a luxe master suite.
Despite the fact the home was built in 2007, many of the rooms come kitted out with historic-inspired elements, such as coffered ceilings, wainscotting and stone fireplaces. There's even a stunning rooftop deck – the perfect spot for soaking up the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
Once nicknamed the 'Queen of Country Pop', Shania Twain dominated the music scene from the mid-90s to early noughties, with smash hits including 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman!' and 'That Don't Impress Me Much'. So it's no real wonder the Canadian singer-songwriter is thought to be worth a cool $450 million (£377m), which rather amazingly, is more than the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger, Smooth Radio suggests.
So of course, the iconic country music star has plenty of spare cash to spend on building an enviable property portfolio. In 2019, Twain’s beachfront home on New Providence Island, The Bahamas, landed on the market for a whopping $10.9 million (£9.1m).
Situated on an acre of sandy white beach, the oceanfront estate can be found inside the exclusive gated community of Old Fort Bay, making it ideal for a VIP. Homely and sophisticated, the property is a tranquil haven in the heart of the Caribbean and offers no end of relaxed, airy living spaces.
Spanning 7,000 square feet, the beautiful beach house was constructed in 2004 and features five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a large media room. Thanks to its location, the property also boasts panoramic views from almost every room. While some of the rooms offer a modern, coastal aesthetic, others are more traditional, with built-in timber units and rustic furnishings.
Many of the interior spaces open up directly to the garden, where a swimming pool and plunge pool can be found. There's also an alfresco dining area, immaculate grounds and several poolside lounges for soaking up the sunshine. If that wasn't enough, the garden is just mere moments from the azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
After separating from fellow country star Blake Shelton in 2015, Lambert bought this modern mansion in Nashville, Tennessee, for just shy of $1.8 million (£1.5m). In 2019, she married former police officer Brendan McLoughlin and the pair shared the home for many years.
Savvy fans of Miranda Lambert might recognise the house from the singer's Instagram feed since she spent much of lockdown here – and we can certainly think of worse places to isolate. Located in the Forest Hills area of Nashville, the property is perfectly placed for the iconic music venues the city has to offer. Inside, the house boasts 5,800 square feet of space and a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic, with just a hint of rustic charm.
The luxurious mansion boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a large open-plan living room and kitchen. Many of the rooms feature vaulted ceilings, natural hardwood floors, full-height brick fireplaces and antique-inspired furnishings. The master suite has his and hers bathrooms and its very own porch that offers pristine landscape views. There are subtle nods to Lambert's career throughout too, including country music-inspired artwork and decorative touches.
As well as a barbecue patio for alfresco dining and a four-acre garden, Lambert also turned one of her balconies into a 'Magic Porch'. In December 2020, the starlet uploaded a video of herself singing 'Bluebird' on the chic terrace, although it's unclear when the performance was recorded because the singer off-loaded her luxurious spread in September 2020 for a reported $2.6 million (£2.2m).
Acclaimed county singer Keith Urban met movie star Nicole Kidman in 2005 and they married the following year in Australia, where they both grew up. The power couple have an estimated combined net worth of around $325 million (£272m) so it's no surprise that the pair have invested some of their fortune in palatial properties.
It's likely the power couple choose the sprawling estate because of its location, but its stylish interior and seemingly endless exterior space probably sealed the deal. The ranch-style estate dates back to 1987 and features a barn, a red-brick farmhouse and a guest cottage, all with stunning views of rolling hills.
The estate boasts a total of 5,086 square feet of inside space and the main farmhouse is perhaps its finest offering. There are four bedrooms and six bathrooms, a galley kitchen, a living room and even a music room, where Urban may have penned one of his biggest hits, 'Blue Ain't Your Color'. Modern and light-filled, the VIP holiday home also has a den, a home gym and a handy office.
Urban and Kidman bought the place back in 2007 for $2 million (£1.7m) according to public records and decided to say goodbye a decade later. They placed the two-parcel spread on the market for $3.5 million (£2.9m), so they were set to make a tidy profit from the sale. Yet, according to Realtor, the house finally sold in November 2018 for $2.3 million (£1.9m). The couple is also thought to own numerous homes in Sydney, a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Nashville, a modern home in Beverly Hills.
In July 2020, it was reported that Keith Urban and wife Nicole Kidman added to their huge property portfolio again by splashing out $3.5 million (£2.9m) on a condo in this grand coveted building. Located in Manhattan's Tribeca neighbourhood, the duo opted for a two-bedroom condo in the Italian Renaissance Revival-style block.
Although it's unclear exactly which unit they bought, design studio Jeffrey Beers International oversaw the interiors so the condo is likely similar to this sleek space elsewhere in the development. The New York Post reported that the couple were attracted to the building because of its paparazzi-proof 'sky garage', which means no pesky basement parking as owners can have their cars hydraulically lifted to their units
Converted into apartments in 2018, the luxury building was previously a courthouse. Originally constructed back in 1912, the residences include beautiful towering ceilings and original mouldings, alongside herringbone oak floors and streamlined kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances.
It's unclear how much time Parton spent at the home, but perhaps she used the property as a base while working on projects in Hollywood. While Dolly herself is known for her glamorous looks and glitzy style, this surprisingly modest home, which is almost imperceptible from the read, speaks to her humble beginnings.
Cosy and lived-in, the property features just 1,091 square feet of inside space, with warm hardwood floors, plantation shutters and hand-painted details throughout. Of course, there's enough space for a piano and an acoustic guitar, indicating that Parton penned a song or two while staying here.
Built in 1923, the homely retreat features a family kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite is perfectly designed for Parton, thanks to its two closets and built-in vanity area, where she no doubt spent time cultivating her signature look. The room also offers French doors that open out onto a private deck.
Outside, the compact backyard has a barbecue, built-in seating and tall fencing to protect the singer from prying eyes. A covered deck also sits alongside the garage, which Parton turned into a one-bed guest suite. The country music legend paid $1.2 million (£1m) for the house in 2007 and put it on the market seven years later, selling for $1.4 million (£1.2m) in July 2014.
As well as enjoying a highly successful music career himself, including 16 albums under his belt, Billy Ray Cyrus also has an impressively accomplished family, from his former wife Tish, an American actress and producer, to their daughter, pop star Miley Cyrus.
This is the home where the Cyrus clan grew up. The 'Achy Breaky Heart' singer and his wife bought the pad in 2007, paying $5.8 million (£4.8m) for the privilege. Then, in 2012, the Toluca Lake mansion was reportedly gifted to their daughter Miley. Just three years later, the property hit the market for $6 million (£5m), then last seen on sale in February 2019 before being removed later that year.
Miley's childhood home can be found in the Toluca Lake neighbourhood of Los Angeles and spans an impressive 8,700 square feet. Built for privacy, the Tuscan-style mansion is enclosed by a boundary wall and a secure gate for maximum security. There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while the décor is rustic and traditional.
The home's key architectural details include its wrought iron accents, rustic wood beams, red clay tiles and carved stone fireplace mantels. Yet despite its refined interior design, the property is the perfect place for big kids and boasts everything from outdoor skate ramps, to a cinema room and an alcove dedicated to guitars – which is fitting given the family's musical background.
There are formal living and dining rooms, as well as a kitchen and a family room. Many of the spaces offer French doors that lead out to the backyard, where an enviable swimming pool, a three-car garage and a Juliet balcony can be found. There's even a tree-lined driveway leading up to the prestigious property. Now that's what we call a celebrity entrance!
American country star and one of the biggest-selling female singers during the late 1960s and first half of the 1970s, Tammy Wynette is certainly country music royalty. Born in Mississippi and later known as the ‘First Lady of Country Music’, her most well-known song is ‘Stand by Your Man’.
This Nashville property was built in 1970 and purchased for Tammy by husband George Jones in 1974, making 4121 Franklin Pike a piece of musical history. Known to many as First Lady Acres, according to the listing an invitation to the abode quickly became more coveted than an invitation to the White House and earned a spot on Entertainment Weekly's "What's Country in America”.
Sold in 2017 for $3 million (£2.5m), the property last belonged to Grammy-winning drummer, Scott Underwood since 2016. According to the listing, Scott and his wife, LA designer Cheryl Underwood began a true labour of love when they began refurbishing First Lady Acres, making sure to preserve the architectural integrity of the estate's history, whilst creating a more contemporary Californian space.
Found within the coveted Oak Hill area, the 10,000 square foot abode spans across eight wooded Tennessee acres with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, alongside a gourmet kitchen, cinema and exercise room. More than enough space to entertain lively guests with parties that became famous among the 'whose who’ of the music industry.
The grounds themselves boast a putting green, helipad, swimming pool and a handy safe room for high profile residents to feel secure. A so-called snuggery also awaits, for cosy relaxation after all those raucous country gigs and parties.
In 2005, Carrie Underwood was named the winner of the fourth season of American Idol and her career has gone from strength to strength. Today, the 'Jesus, Take the Wheel' singer is thought to be worth around $200 million (£167m), so she clearly has plenty of spare change for snapping up real estate.
In 2009, Underwood used some of the proceed from her impressive career to invest in this stunning Nashville villa, paying just over $1.3 million (£1.1m). She lived there with her husband, retired professional hockey player Mike Fisher, for the best part of a decade.
The Italian-style villa can be found inside a guard-gated golf development and offers privacy as well as seclusion, making it the perfect option for a country music superstar. The property is spread over three floors and offers a material palette of hardwoods, white marble, brick and stone throughout. An imposing entrance hall greets visitors with its sweeping staircase, dramatic chandelier and soaring ceiling.
The 7,000-square-foot retreat comes complete with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as plenty of spacious living areas. There's a formal dining room, a grand living room, a family room and a kitchen. Many of the rooms are also said to offer jaw-dropping views of the surrounding rolling hills. Traditional and elegant, the house was definitely designed with a VIP in mind.
The master suite boasts its own bathroom, centered around a massive Jacuzzi-style soaking tub, and an incredible walk-in closet. A spiral staircase leads from the wardrobe down to a huge dressing room, which comes kitted out with Hollywood-style mirrors and a second walk-in closet reserved for bags and shoes. What could be more apt for a country music icon? Underwood and Fisher finally sold the house in 2019 for $1.4 million (£1.2m).
Brooks and his wife, fellow singer Trisha Yearwood, purchased the property in June 2008 for just shy of $5 million (£4.2m) and first tried to sell it in 2014, when they placed it on the market for $7.5 million (£6.3m). The house didn't seem to sell and just two years later the VIP couple tried again, and this time they were successful and reportedly sold the estate in an off-market deal for $7 million (£5.9m).
The single-storey ranch was built in 1958 and offers 4,236 square feet of inside space. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as an open-plan combination living and dining room. Elsewhere, you'll find a kitchen with marble countertops and a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The mid-century home offers a contemporary aesthetic, but there are some historic features too, including shed ceilings with exposed beams, clerestory windows and brick fireplaces.
Yet it's the home's exterior that is its main selling point. Step outside and you'll find a staircase leading down to the white sand beach of Paradise Cove. Brooks and Yearwood reportedly own a 18,000-square-foot mansion in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as a 6,700-square-foot property in Brentwood, Tennessee – the perfect base for soaking up the country music scene in neighbouring Nashville. Yee-haw!
American musician, singer, songwriter and actress, Sheryl Crow was born in Missouri to musical parents before becoming a music teacher herself. After launching an incredibly successful musical career, selling more than 50 million albums worldwide, the country star now lives the good life in Nashville, Tennessee.
Sheryl Crow’s Nashville compound is an idyllic Southern paradise with horse stables and its own chapel for meditation. According to Tennessean Grammy award winner shelled out $1.2 million (£1m) in 2015 for her home on Hillsboro Pike, and it sits next door to the 50-acre estate the star snapped up four years earlier.
Complete with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and of course a recording studio, the 4,500 square foot home has been thoroughly kitted out to house the country star. A beautiful pergola was added by Crow to create an outdoor dining room for her family, according to her interview with Architectural Digest, and it's where she remembers taking breaks for dinner while making her tenth studio album, Be Myself.
Large barn doors open into a light-filled kitchen with a giant island, large ‘doggy door’ for the family's adopted dog, Jewels, and views out across her patio with multiple bird feeders. “No matter how much entertaining I do, people always wind up in the kitchen,” Crow told Architectural Digest.
Ideal for the horse-loving star and her two sons, Wyatt and Levi, the property boasts a den that opens out onto the backyard and 10 stall barn with working stables. The barns also house her recording studio and a fully stocked saloon, and Crow also had an "old-school" church built on the premises which the singer uses for times of reflection in her hectic lifestyle.
It's said that upon completion of the colossal property, Rogers stated that he knew he'd finally realised his dream of becoming a successful musician – and it isn't difficult to understand why. The seemingly endless estate features a mansion, numerous guesthouses, a clubhouse, two swimming pools and two clay tennis courts. Located in Athens, the main house covers 12,000 square feet and is every bit as luxurious as you'd expect.
With marble columns and floors, coffered ceilings and high-end furnishings, the seven-bedroom house oozes opulence. Every room is vast and highly decorative, while large windows frame the grounds outside. Elsewhere, there's a gourmet kitchen, six bathrooms, two gyms, a billiard room and a movie theatre, making this the ideal retreat for both work and play. Other key selling points include the property's garden, which offers streams, waterfalls and woodland hiking trails.
There's even a private 18-hole golf course, three stocked fishing lakes and a huge 70,000-square-foot equestrian centre, complete with stalls, paddocks, pastures and an outdoor riding ring. In 2003, the Grammy Award-winning singer sold his VIP ranch to real estate investor Wes Adams. But by 2016 it was up for auction with a starting price of just $3.5 million (£2.9m), which included all of the estate's furnishings.
Yet that isn't Kenny Rogers' only property in Georgia. In fact, the iconic singer also owned this opulent mansion on the outskirts of Atlanta. The country music legend purchased the place in 2012 for $1.5 million (£1.3m) and first tried to sell it on in 2014, placing it on the market for a very inflated $4.8 million (£4m). The sprawling mansion was last sold for a whopping $8.5 million (£7.1m) in December 2021.
Despite its star pedigree, the original asking price proved too steep and the 1.5-acre estate failed to sell. Then, in 2018, the Mediterranean-inspired residence landed back on the property market, this time for a more reasonable $2.4 million (£2m), selling for just below the asking price. Spanning 13,000 square feet, the unique home definitely has Rogers' signature style...
Opulent and grand, the mansion features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a double-height entrance foyer with twin curved staircases, formal living and dining rooms, a double-island eat-in kitchen, a games room with a bar, and a movie theatre with stadium seating.
The sprawling estate is home to a dreamy backyard too. Complete with decks for sun lounging, a swimming pool and alfresco dining patios, the garden also offers a garage, complete with its own one-bedroom apartment. Now that asking price isn't sounding so steep, is it?
Eagles co-founder, guitarist and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Glenn Frey had 24 Top 40 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 including his solo work. The ‘Hotel California’ guitarist was born in Michigan, but the Grammy award winner lived in LA, California with his choreographer wife, Cindy Millican.
The late, great country star resided in this $10 million (£8.4m) Spanish-style property until his passing in 2016. Built in 1996 and bought by the legendary singer-songwriter in 2002, the Los Angeles mansion spans over 9,000 square feet of living area and over 30,000 square feet of level land.
The property sold for $15 million (£12.5m) shortly after his death, the gated Montecito Span Estate hosts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, basement bar and home cinema where guests would have been kept well entertained in the 'country rock' royalty’s abode.
Ideal for a couple, the vaulted ceiling master suite with sitting area, terrace, dual bathroom and two spacious closets. According to Taste of Country, Glenn’s wife, Cindy Frey is reported to have purchased a smaller home near the mansion, while the family is said to own other houses in La Quinta, California, Maui, Colorado and New York City.
Found within the celeb favourite Brentwood area, Frey’s former estate benefited from ‘unparalleled privacy’ according to the listing and sprawling grounds complete with fountains, rose gardens, swimming pool and spa. Here we see the poolside cabana, with views fit for musical royalty.
The ultra-remote home is truly breathtaking. The private island is known as L’île d’Anges, or Goat Cay, and lies an 80-minute flight from Miami, Florida. Spanning an impressive 20 acres, the hideaway offers a stunning 6,512-square-foot residence and 1.3 miles of water frontage, including two sandy beaches fringed with palm trees. Yet the A-list couple didn't move in until 2012 – their plans to build a home on the isle took a little bit longer than expected, they told Architectural Digest.
Commanding the highest point on the island, the spectacular property has panoramic views from almost every room. Inside, you’ll find a stylish Mediterranean paradise with bright, open-plan living areas that open out onto the garden. An array of covered verandas connect the home’s eight individual ‘pods’, where four bedrooms and five bathrooms can be found. There’s also a great room, a screening room and a lounge overlooking the pool.
The house also benefits from two beachfront yurts, where guests can sleep moments from the water. There’s even a secondary guest lodge, three staff houses and a private dock for speedy getaways. In February 2021, the long-term country music couple decided to part ways with their island paradise and placed it up for sale for a cool $35 million (£29.3m) – a drop in the water when you consider the couple's joint net worth of $165 million (£138m)...
Shortly before they bought their private island, the pair snapped up a number of historic structures in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee in 2002. The multiple purchases added up to a total of 750 acres and included a historic manor – the perfect rural estate for the country legends.
Dating back to 1850, the heritage home is just a portion of the sprawling estate, of which Faith and Tim sold off 131 acres in 2015 and a further 620 acres in the summer of 2021. Sold to a group of investors, the property was last listed for sale in late 2021 for just less than $10 million (£8.4m) before being removed in December 2021.
With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the home sits on 135 acres and boasts sleek hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces and not one, but two sweeping staircases. A beautiful country retreat, it seems Faith and Tim are on the move with their property portfolio, after selling their private island too.
Said to be situated in one of the most desirable locations in rural Tennessee, the period property also features frontage on the tranquil Murfee's Fork Creek, plus a four-acre fully-stocked pond and a 13-stall barn. How's that for a slice of the good life?
