Ever lusted after a holiday home in Italy? This stunning villa with a private pool in the Tuscan countryside could be yours for just £25.60 ($35). It's being raffled off in a life-changing opportunity, with the winner being selected on 22 January 2022. Located in an unspoilt area of northern Tuscany known as The Garfagnana, the villa is located just two hours away from the city of Florence. The house itself is reported to be worth £343,000 ($470k) and comes fully furnished, boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a fireplace, kitchen and a shower room and toilet. 

Recently refurbished, the kitchen boasts chestnut wood trim and brand new appliances, which are included in the final prize. There's also enough seating for eight people inside and out, so you can enjoy a slap-up meal with friends and family whilst soaking up the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. 

Heading upstairs, the first floor has access to all four bedrooms, which are bursting with charm and character. Each bedroom has views overlooking the nearby ancient village or out across the mountains, with two having ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a family-sized bathroom.

While some house raffles come with a list of terms and conditions as long as your arm, this home has no strings attached leaving the lucky winner to decide its fate. It can be used for personal use, resold, or used as a rental property, according to the contest rules. 

The lucky winner of the raffle will also get the deed to the house, cost of transfer taxes and legal fees, flights, car hire and short-term accommodation to sign over the paperwork included as part of the prize package. The villa is the perfect retreat, almost free of charge!

Having already raffled off two Italian homes this year alone, this will be the last property on the market by owners, Jon and AnnMarie Nurse. The charitable couple has raised almost £75,000 ($102k), with the process from this raffle going towards The Children's Society.
