Shortly after Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott welcomed their second child into the world, the family of four decided to put their 'spare' Beverly Hills pad onto the market after purchasing it for $13.5 million (£12m) in 2018. Nestled within the star-studded 90210 zip code of Beverly Hills Post Office, the Jenner-Scott residence hosts seven bedrooms within its stretch of 9,700 square feet living space. Engulfed by mature trees and stunning views, the celebrity manse sits securely behind a private gated driveway.

Cosmetics entrepreneur Kylie and her musician beau, Travis bought the Californian pad eight months after giving birth to daughter, Stormi and reportedly have a 50/50 stake in it. Inside, the open-plan living areas are illuminated via the retracting glass wall shining light across European oak flooring and imported stone. Soft furnishings and a neutral palette can be found throughout, with cosy textures creating a homely feel.

Kylie and Travis would have enjoyed their huge primary bedroom suite, complete with high ceilings and idyllic canyon views from their private balcony. What’s more, the celebrity pair were privy to their own master bath each with soaking tub, fireplace and flatscreen TV for keeping up with reality shows presumably. After the VIP pair’s initial nuptials were carried out in May 2022 in a Santa Barbara courthouse, Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Travis splashed out on a beach house nearby…

Adding to her $20 million (£17.8m) property collection, Kourtney snapped up the Californian beach house with new hubby, Travis in October 2022. The four-bedroom home was built in 1957 before extensive renovations were carried out by former owner, Conan O’Brien. The beloved talk show host received a hefty profit for his pad, having purchased it for $7.9 million (£7m) in 2015.

This light and airy Kardashian Barker living room boasts panoramic ocean, island and coastline views from a bi-folding glass wall that opens out onto a large wooden deck beyond. With six children between them, the 1,000 square-foot main house also benefits from a two-storey detached guesthouse with two separate bedroom suites.

In October 2021, Travis popped the question on Montecito beach within a circle of rose petals and candles. Kourtney’s family waited patiently nearby to celebrate afterwards, film crew and all. Their new seaside residence sits a mere 10 minute drive from the proposal site, atop the beaches of Carpinteria, California with an open-plan kitchen and living space large enough for the whole family.

Light-filled, natural decor reins throughout the Santa Barbara beach house, with beautiful wooden beams and oak flooring that sing against cream walls. Each bedroom in the main house host shuttered windows and soundproofed balconies, ideal for a lively joint family of eight.

Their first home purchased together, Kourtney and Travis have thus far resided in separate houses as neighbours in the famed Kardashian-loved area of Calabasas. Now they can enjoy 50 foot of ocean frontage across their near half-acre lot, and the ultimate in al fresco dining beneath a parasol on their sunny Santa Barbara deck.

Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and his model wife Behati Prinsloo love flipping property. In 2012, the controversial Maroon 5 frontman who has recently faced cheating rumours, purchased a one-storey ranch in LA's Beverly Crest for $4.8 million (£4.3m) and went on to sell it four years later to fellow musician John Mayer for $13.4 million (£12m). The couple also made a million-dollar profit on their New York loft.

Together with Prinsloo, Levine acquired a sumptuous seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Beverly Hills for the princely sum of $34 million (£30m) in 2018. Sprawling over 10,000 square feet, the lavish property, which was built in 1933, has a multitude of reception rooms, including a home cinema, media room and gym—Levine is heavily into working out, of course—as well as a guesthouse. Just over a year after the couple bought the mansion, they sold it for a bumper $42.5 million (£37.8m) to fellow house-flipper, Ellen DeGeneres.

According to Dirt, in March 2021, the duo shelled out $22.7 million (£20m) for this century-old estate in the celebrity hot spot of Montecito, California. The historic Spanish Revival-style property boasts a total of nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across its 12,653 square feet of living space. Three months after buying the pad, Levine and Prinsloo sold it for $28.5 million (£25m), making a cool $5.8 million (£5.2m) profit.

The pair’s most recent buy is this stellar Santa Barbara setup. Bought for $52 million (£46m) from actor Rob Lowe, this 10,981 square-foot property has all the qualities of an A-list home. Designed by architect Don McNulty, the mansion is according to Livingetc a homage to Lowe’s Virginia antebellum-style home. 

There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms scattered across the spacious property, along with three powder rooms. Everything an A-lister could need. Now expecting their third child amid Levine's very public cheating scandal, the growing family are stronger than ever and sure to have enough space here to stretch out. 

The custom-build nature of this home is clear in its finishing touches—intricate mouldings and custom millwork make this a true one-off. Even the shimmering floorboards are top quality and add a glisten to the place.

In 2018 Adam Levine bought a sprawling Los Angeles estate from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $32 million (£28.5m). He and Behati have just sold the palatial property for $51 million (£45m)—not a bad profit by any stretch. The Pacific Palisades compound befitted the couple’s luxury portfolio, with spectacular gardens and a resort-style swimming pool. It’s safe to say these two are serious property moguls, so what will their next purchase be?

Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner and her boyband husband Joe Jonas starting dating in 2016, and have since gone from strength to strength. After getting married in May 2019, the couple went on to have Wila, their first child, in July 2020, and have welcomed another baby girl in July 2022. Having spent time living in an apartment in New York City, and relaxing in their mansion in Los Angeles, the couple have most recently splurged out on a mansion in Miami's 'billionaire bunker' making their property portfolio worth $16.4 million (£14.6m). 

Most recently, after selling their modern home in Los Angeles, Sophie and Joe snapped up this stunning property in Miami's Bay Point for $11 million (£9.8m). Having lived in Los Angeles since 2019, the Florida pad will be a big change for the young family. Built in 1980, the home was previously owned by Cuban-born singer Willy Chirino and is spread over 10,400 square feet. With light and bright open-plan living spaces, it's built for entertaining and boasts a dining room with a climate-controlled wine cellar. 

With six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, the home is also jam-packed with amenities, including a games room with a pool table on the lower floor. Other perks include a dual-sided bar that allows hosts to serve drinks both inside and out, along with a cosy fireplace. It also comes with ocean access and 94 feet of water frontage that leads out into the open bay.

Four years ago the A-list couple decided to give city-living a try and bought an apartment in the Lower Manhattan area of New York. However, in September 2020 they decided to try and shed the home and listed it for $5.9 million (£5.3m). Without a buyer, the price has since been lowered to with price on application. 

Spread over 2,900 square feet, the condo would have been the perfect space for the couple while they visit the city for work. With its very own private lift, leading through to a formal hallway and open-plan living space, the high ceilings and stained white oak floorboards make it a light and bright space.

After being on-and-off for years, Hailey and Justin finally tied the knot in September 2018 at a New York courthouse and held a more traditional ceremony in South Carolina for family and friends a year later. After renting a host of amazing houses, in 2018 Justin finally embarked on the property ladder with Hailey, and the couple now has a property collection worth $30.8 million (£27.4m). 

In the summer of 2018, as the rumour mill was swirling about their engagement, Justin Bieber took his very first steps onto the property ladder and bought this Canadian mansion for a reported $5 million (£4.5m). Located on a picturesque lakefront, the home in Puslinch, Ontario is the couple's base in Canada, and where they spent a lot of time during the recent pandemic.

A solid investment for the star after his renting journey, the home is spread over 9,000 square feet and boasts beautiful open living spaces with plenty of windows and modern decor. The home also features a cinema, games room, gym and an observatory. 

Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, while the master suite sits in its very own private wing. Heading outside, the home sits on 101 sprawling acres and boasts equestrian facilities and even a private racetrack—an amenity worthy of a popstar!

Eighteen months after buying their now-sold first marital home in 2018 for $8.5 million (£7.6m), Justin and Hailey acquired this supersized mansion for $25.8 million (£23m). Sitting high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, the home is hidden away within the guard-gated community of Beverly Park on two-and-a-half acres of land. 

Spread over a huge 100,000 square feet, the home has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms alongside a host of jaw-dropping features. The smart formal living room is the perfect place for the pair to spend some quality time together, with a black fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows. Elsewhere there is a more relaxed family room and kitchen. 

The couple also have access to a home theatre and a gym, while outside is just as amazing. A covered loggia, an outdoor fireplace, infinity-edged swimming pool and expansive lawns sit alongside a full-sized tennis court.

Tinseltown's golden couple, George and Amal Clooney met in 2013, ending George's reign as the world's most eligible bachelor. Marrying in September 2014 alongside a host of celebrity guests in Venice, Italy, the couple welcomed their twins Ella and Alexander in 2017. Now, with a stunning collection of homes, the famously private couple has amassed a property portfolio that's worth in excess of $50 million (£44.5m). 

In 2001, George purchased this 18th-century home on the beautiful Lake Como for $13.5 million (£12m). The 25-room fairytale-esque home boasts an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a gym and a garage where the star keeps his collection of vintage motorbikes. 

The perfect summer getaway for the family, they are said to visit every summer and enjoy hosting a number of their A-list friends including Jennifer Aniston and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. In fact, the couple are such a fan of the home, that in 2019 they offered fans a chance to have a lunch date with them at Villa Oleandra, all in the name of charity. 

Not just content with one Italian villa, Clooney extended his property portfolio and went on to purchase the adjacent Villa Margherita, and has since invested millions in more Italian property. However, the couples time in Italy hasn't come without problems. Constantly hounded by paparazzi and fans, in 2015 the Mayor of Lallio had to issue a restricting order to stop fans and the media from approaching the Clooneys' private home. 

In 2014, the same year they tied the knot, George and Amal settled on the UK for their marital home. Looking for more privacy, the pair fled Los Angeles to start their family. The couple purchased Aberlash House in Sonning-on-Thames for $13.7 million (£12.2m); instead of becoming the couple's full-time home, it has served as a retreat and was even the chosen location for their honeymoon. 

With 9,000 square feet of interior space, the lavish manor boasts four reception rooms, 10 bedrooms and a host of lavish amenities added by the couple since they moved in. These include a luxury pool room and a 16-seat screening room. The pool house has previously been described by Amal as "the party zone" and according to Architectural Digest, reportedly includes a photobooth for guests to have fun in. 

In 2020, the Clooneys were also reportedly granted planning permission to build an outbuilding in the garden, which will house facilities for their security staff. Elsewhere outside, the home is surrounded by trees and plants to maintain the couple's privacy. However, it hasn't been all plain sailing and when the Thames broke its banks in February 2020, over a third of the immaculate grounds were flooded.

In 2016, it was reported that the famous couple snapped up a top floor apartment at 100 East Fifty Third Street. The new build was completed in 2018 and is made up of 63 floors, making it the perfect city home for the family. 

The suave actor and his activist wife opted out of the $65 million (£58m) penthouse and instead spent $13.3 million (£11.8m) on a 3,385- square-foot unit. The upscale apartment sits right next to the United Nations Headquarters, making it the perfect location for international human rights barrister Amal, who teaches at Columbia Law School.

Not short of amenities, the couple will have access to a communal pool, sauna, yoga and Pilates rooms, when they aren't relaxing in their apartment. Decorated in a modern minimal design, it boasts sleek marble surfaces and a neutral colour palette with floor-to-ceiling glass panels. 

Most recently, in 2021, George and Amal headed for Europe and snapped up this 18th-century property known as Domaine le Canadel. Originally listed for sale for €7.9 million ($7.7m/£6.9m), it's not clear how much the duo paid for the home. 

Just an hour's drive from celeb hotspot of Saint-Tropez, the stunning chateau is filled with striking original features and plenty of luxurious touches, such as ornate fireplaces, natural stone floors and beamed ceilings. Spread over 10,000 square feet, the interior towers over three floors and boasts a number of living spaces, as well as a rustic kitchen and a dining room. 

Outside, the couple can spend their days wandering around the private woodland, olive grove and vineyard. Within its 425-acres there's also a 72-foot-long outdoor swimming pool, a boules pitch, a tennis court, a caretaker’s cottage and a lavender garden. 

Often making headlines, this duo are one of Hollywood's most iconic couples, since walking down the aisle in 1997. The accomplished couple has acquired a whole host of amazing properties during their marriage which are dotted all over the globe. From their Calabasas mansion to their newest addition in Beverly Hills, their property portfolio adds up to around $60 million (£53.6m).  

Adding to their already huge property collection, the couple recently splashed out $11.3 million (£10m) on a brand new Hidden Hills mansion. Completed in early 2020, the new build spans more than 10,400 square feet and sits hidden away at the end of a long driveway, making it the perfect family home for the private couple.

Inside, the luxury home boasts an open floor plan that's flooded with natural light by the sliding walls of glass which lead out to just over one-acre of grounds. Each of the six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, but the master bedroom is the pièce de résistance. With a fireplace, stone bath, built-in coffee bar and not one, but to walk-in wardrobes, what else could a power couple need? The couple also own a second mansion in Hidden Hills, which set them back $3.4 million (£3m) in 2003, as well as a modest home that was acquired in 2011 for $910,000 (£811k). 

In what might just be their most extravagant investment, in 2003 the Smiths also snapped up a ranch and began construction on their luxury compound. The sprawling $42 million (£37.5m) property offers a huge 25,000 square feet of living space which includes nine bedrooms, a home theatre, an eight-car garage and an outdoor pool. Despite the opulent amenities, Will told Architectural Digest in an interview that his favourite spot is the peaceful gazebo which sits at the heart of the estate's secluded lake.

Interior images of the home are scarce, but what we do know is that spread over 150 acres, and has its very own postcode. The custom-built home isn't short on luxury leisure facilities, with on-site basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, plus a sunken trampoline. The couple also own a home in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, which they snapped up in 1997 for $937,500 (£836k). A year later they picked up a humble $700,000 (£624k) abode in Philadelphia, although not much is known about this particular pad.

Together on and off for over 13 years, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake tied the knot in 2012—before renewing their vows in October 2022 to celebrate their ten year anniversary. However, way back in the early 2000s, Justin started building his property portfolio and has owned homes all over America, from New York to Los Angeles. Today, as strong as ever, they have a property portfolio worth $79 million (£70m). 

Way back in 2002, just as Justin was forging his solo career, he bought this mansion in Los Angeles for $8.3 million (£7.4m). Now, some two decades later he has put it on the market for a whopping $35 million (£31m). Located just off the celebrity hotspot of Mulholland Drive, it would have been the perfect family home for the couple and their two sons. 

Spread over 13,500 square feet, the home has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Recently renovated by designer Estee Stanley, the living spaces boast towering ceilings, rustic wooden floors and modern touches that make for the perfect family home. 

Full of the most jaw-dropping luxuries, the property features a home theatre, four fireplaces and an envy-inducing outdoor area with a separate guest house, two pools and stunning views over the Los Angeles skyline. 

In 2017, after living in a Soho penthouse, the pair snapped up a new apartment in the celebrity-filled 443 Greenwich Street. Costing just over $20 million (£17.8m), the pad reportedly comes with 5,000 square feet of space and an enormous private terrace that looks out over the city streets, 

With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an entertainment room, it would have been the perfect home for Justin, Jessica and their two sons when they visit the Big Apple. This dining space sits next to the kitchen and boasts bi-fold glass doors and a cosy nook in the corner. The celebrity pair sold the New York City penthouse for a rather profitable $29 million (£25.8m) in January 2022.

With amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, private indoor parking and a swimming pool., the high-end apartment block attracts a host of celebrities including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. As well as their LA mansion, the couple also own a home in the luxury ski resort of Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana which can cost upwards of $20 million (£17.8m), as well as 126 acres in Williamson County, Tennessee, that set them back $4 million (£3.6m).

Having first met as friends in 2000, ultimate power couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z tied the knot in a secret ceremony in April 2008. Since then they have welcomed three children into the world—daughter Blue Ivy and twins, Rumi and Sir Carter – and have amassed a huge collection of stunning homes which amass to a whopping $117 million (£104m). 

Having previously owned apartments in New York City, in 2015, the iconic duo made an unusual property purchase in the form of a converted church. The pair reportedly snapped up the home in the Garden District of New Orleans for a reported $2.6 million (£2.3m). Just three years after the birth of Blue Ivy, the move could have come in a bid to be closer to sister Solange, who moved to New Orleans in 2013.

In 2017, Beyoncé and Jay-Z reached an all-time high in their real estate journey with the purchase of this $88 million (£78.4m) newly-built mansion in Bel Air. Made up of six separate buildings, the stunning home is made from glass, steel and exquisite marbled limestone.

One of L.A's most expensive property transactions that year, the couple reportedly took out a $52.8 million (£47m) mortgage to buy the home, and will also pay upwards of $1 million (£890k) a year in property taxes, so it's a serious investment for the pair. 

Images of the interior are scarce, but Beyoncé isn't shy about showing off her latest home on Instagram. The custom-made home has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as bulletproof glass windows and a state-of-the-art security system to ensure the family can relax in complete privacy.

Around a month after they picked up their Bel Air mega-mansion, the Carters made another big real estate splurge, this time on a $26 million (£23m) holiday retreat in the Hamptons. Known as Pond House, the residence sat on the real estate market for eight years until the power couple picked it up in September 2017. 

Designed over 100 years ago by Stanford White, the home sits high up on a two-acre plot that's hidden away from prying eyes. Having most recently been renovated, the property was rotated 90 degrees in order to improve the views from the living room by designer Jeffrey Collé. Today, with soaring double-height ceilings, extensive glazing, dual fireplaces and exquisite parquet floors, it's the perfect getaway for a high-profile couple. 

With a total of seven bedrooms, it's the master suite that's the true standout feature. Boasting an antique French stone fireplace, his-and-hers dressing rooms and bathrooms, walk-in closets and a private terrace, we are sure the couple love relaxing here. Elsewhere there's a screening room, playroom and three-car garage, while outside, you’ll find an infinity-edged pool, a wraparound terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a detached 1,800-square-foot guesthouse. The couple have been trying to acquire land adjacent to their Hampton home, but lost out to a local nature trust in April. This notoriously private pair officially met at a barbeque hosted at Cameron’s house in 2014 – Benji was brought along by brother Joel Madden, and within six months Benji and Cameron were rumoured to be dating. In January this year they celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary and have just purchased a stunning mansion in Montecito, California.
