There's a new Kardashian in town...
Kourtney Kardashian and husband Travis Barker have revealed their bundle of joy will be a boy. In a cloud of confetti at a Disney-themed baby shower at Barker’s home, the couple gathered the family to share the joy. The baby is due from October and after a scare in September, when he had to undergo 'urgent fetal surgery', you can see how relieved they are to be back on track. Click or scroll through and let's take a look at the celebrations...

A fitting announcement
Not one to do things by halves, Kourtney Kardashian first announced she was expecting her first child with husband Travis Barker by holding up a 'Travis I’m Pregnant' sign at his band, Blink-182’s concert in LA in June 2023. This was a clever reference to a music video for the band's hit 'All the Small Things' in which a fan holds up a similar sign.

Kourtney's Disney-themed baby shower
In keeping with the family’s over-the-top, big-budget parties, Kourtney turned her LA mansion into 'the happiest place on earth' for her Disney-themed baby shower, which sister Kim shared on her and North's TikTok account. Guests donned Disney-related outfits and Mickey hats (which they threw into the air for this photo) mingling in a magical kingdom of coloured balloons and flags declaring the imminent arrival of 'Baby Barker'.
Mickey Mouse snacks
Guest tucked into a vast array of yummy snacks and treats including churros and pretzels from snack stands set up around the property. Cups of matcha were topped with an image of the castle at Disneyland, emblazoned with 'Baby Barker,' while the star of the edible show was this stunning custom-made cake featuring a figurine of classic character, Mickey Mouse. Guests didn’t get too close however, as Travis revealed he’d tested positive for Covid-19 ahead of the bash.

Kardashian-style party
Matriarch Kris Jenner played it low-key in a set of lavender-coloured pyjamas while Kim Kardashian and her eldest daughter North, looking very much the mini-me, wore matching black leather short skirts and cropped tops. Despite Kim and Kourtney’s Dolce & Gabanna feud, the eldest Kardashian Kourtney left a message in her sibling’s post on the event that read: “Thank you sisters and mom for the best social-distanced baby shower of my dreams.”

Baby Barker bash
No wonder they look so happy now. Travis rushed home from tour to be with Kourtney after an emergency situation back in September in which their unborn child had to undergo life-saving surgery. “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into fetal surgery,” she shared. “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.”

A Boohoo brand ambassador
However, Kourtney isn’t letting pregnancy slow her down when it comes to business. She recently released a new 36-piece collection with Boohoo which she designed herself. The collection features denim mini-skirts, reversible bomber jackets and trench coats, and follows the launch of a 45-piece capsule collection released last year when Boohoo first signed Kourtney as a brand ambassador. Here she is posing in a campaign for the new collection, baby very much on board!

Where will Kravis choose to live and bring up their new baby?
When baby Barker is safely delivered, the couple will be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding on a place where they can bond with their baby. They have kept their separate houses for the sake of their children from previous relationships, but bought their first home together, a beach retreat south of Santa Barbara, six months after they tied the knot in May 2022. So, they may be on the lookout for a new home for their growing family. But first let’s take a look at the remarkable property story of the eldest Kardashian sibling...

Said to be worth $65 million (£53.3m), Kourtney Kardashian Barker certainly loves to spend her money on property and interiors. The reality star and wellness guru is already a mother three times over, to 13-year-old son Mason, 11-year-old daughter Penelope and nine-year-old son Reign, and is due to give birth to a son, she announced via a cloud of blue confetti on her Instagram. But where do they all live and where has Kourtney resided on her journey so far?

Where does Kourtney Kardashian Barker live?
The interiors-loving Kourtney has owned a number of houses in Calabasas, the Los Angeles neighbourhood that the Kardashian clan made so famous over their years as the first family of reality TV. She lives in a six-bedroom house she bought with ex-husband Scott Disick in a gated community known as The Oaks. But where did she grow up? Let’s take a look at the Poosh founder’s property portfolio and the places she has called home, starting at the very beginning…
Kourtney Kardashian’s childhood
Kourtney Mary Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California on April 18, 1979, to Robert Kardashian and Kris Houghton, now known worldwide as Kris Jenner. Kourtney has two younger sisters, Kim and Khloé, seen here on holiday together as children. She also has a younger brother, Rob, plus stepbrothers Burton, Brandon and Brody, stepsister Casey and half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, from Kris' subsequent marriage to Caitlyn Jenner.

Where is Kourtney Kardashian Barker from?
Before they started blending families with the Jenners, the young Kardashian family lived in this Beverley Hills manse, boasting four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a duck-shaped pool and an egg-shaped Jacuzzi. The heavenly childhood home of Kourtney, Kim and Khloé was later put on the market for $2.2 million (£1.8m) by Robert in 1994, following his 1991 divorce from Kris.

Where did Kourtney Kardashian Barker grow up?
Kourtney attended a Roman Catholic all-girls private school in Los Angeles, Marymount High School. Shortly after graduating, the reality star-to-be moved to Dallas, Texas to attend Southern Methodist University for two years. She then moved to Arizona, graduating from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Spanish, alongside classmate and fellow reality star, Nicole Richie.
Kourtney Kardashian’s reality show debut
In 2006, the Kardashian family starred in the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E! Entertainment. Although we know Kourtney from the success of that show, she actually first became familiar to TV audiences via the 2005 series, Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, on which she earned money for charity.
Kourtney and Scott Disick
Kourtney was famously in a somewhat tumultuous and not-so-private, on-again, off-again relationship with socialite New Yorker, Scott Disick from 2005 to 2015. Seen here in 2008, the pair reportedly met at a mutual friend’s house party in Mexico before having three children together. But where did the young couple live before their trio of kids came along?
Kourtney Kardashian’s first Calabasas home
Our screen queen bought this modest Calabasas house in 2006 for $829,000 (£682k), which is within a gated community inside a secure residential area known as The Oaks. The two-bed townhouse spreads across 2,245 square feet and was home to Kourtney and Scott for four years up until 2010, following a traumatic incident. But let's take a look around...
Kourtney Kardashian’s first Calabasas home
According to the real estate listing, the former Kardashian-Disick property boasts handsome hardwood flooring, granite counters, a marble bar and vaulted ceilings. Outside, they would have enjoyed their private yard with covered patio, fountain and lush landscaping. If that wasn’t enough, the couple could have taken advantage of the refrigerated wine closet, though that may have caused issues in later years as Disick reached sobriety.
Kourtney Kardashian’s first Calabasas home
Unfortunately, in 2009 the pair were burgled, shattering their dreams of living in a secure community. Kourtney was pregnant with her first child, Mason, at the time and lost a huge sum of money and jewellery, according to reports. The items taken included some vintage treasures given to her by her late father Robert Kardashian, who passed away in 2003. The couple later listed the property for $700,000 (£575k) in July 2010. So where did they move to next?
Kourtney Kardashian’s second Calabasas home
Kourtney and Scott snapped up this 5,334 square feet, four-bedroom house in, you guessed it, Calabasas. Costing a cool $1.7 million (£1.4m) in 2010, the property was a perfect home for the ever-growing family.
Kourtney Kardashian’s second Calabasas home
The sunny Californian home was soon to be transformed into an 'Alice in Wonderland meets Beetlejuice' abode, as Scott reportedly quipped, with eclectic interior design choices from Kourtney. Rich, dark, chocolate-stained hardwood flooring runs through the double-height hallway, leading towards a stunning staircase and the living and dining room areas, which fans of the family's reality show will recognise as the location for the pair’s heated ‘discussions’.
Kourtney Kardashian’s second Calabasas home
According to the real estate listing, the second-floor master suite includes its own sitting area, a fireplace for extra heated chats and a walk-in closet, with a large bathroom suite featuring a private balcony that overlooks the backyard and surrounding Californian hills.
Kourtney Kardashian’s second Calabasas home
An organic shaped swimming pool, raised spa and a built-in fire pit awaits outside in the perfectly landscaped backyard. While many a happy year was spent here together, the family of four were about to become a family of five, so decided to sell up for a reported $2.98 million (£2.4m), plus an additional $125,000 (£103k) to throw in some of the furnishings, in 2014.
Kourtney takes the Hamptons
That summer, Kourtney and her sister filmed another Kardashian spin-off show, Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons, with partner Scott Disick. Together, they spent the summer of 2014 in a rather luxurious Hamptons house, listed for sale for $13.95 million (£11.4m) at the time, it cost them $295,000 (£242k) to rent for three months.

The waterfront Southampton estate sits atop almost two acres and overlooks the harbour and Peconic Bay, with an 85-foot private dock lane with space enough for three boats. Which was handy, as Scott reportedly decided to place an antique yacht there, much to the delight of the paparazzi.

The 8,900-square-foot has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a professional-grade kitchen and even an oversized den for the kids. Instagram-ready backdrops beckoned from the porch complete with an outdoor fireplace. The celebrity Hamptons home was most recently on the market in 2021 for just shy of $10 million (£8.1m).
Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s current Calabasas home
The same year (2014) Kourtney and Scott moved once more within The Oaks while pregnant with their third child Penelope. The pair reportedly bought their two-acre estate from retired NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, for $7.5 million (£6.1m), an impressive $4.5 million (£3.6m) less than the 2011 listing price.

Kourtney certainly flexed her interior design muscles here, decking the residence out in monochrome with neutral furnishings and natural textures throughout. However, as seen in this infamous Architectural Digest home tour video, there’s still room for the kids to have fun and play (sort of).

The clutter-free Calabasas house can be found not too far from the seven-bedroom family home of a certain musician, Travis Barker, which he bought back in 2007. He revealed in the new HULU series, called simply The Kardashians, that he had bought the house to be close to Kourtney even before there was a romantic connection. More on his home later.
Kourtney’s lifestyle empire, Poosh
In 2019, the health-driven mum-of-three founded her lifestyle and wellness brand, Poosh. She named the business after her daughter Penelope’s nickname, according to her interview with the LA Times. Poosh has since expanded from a celebrity-backed venture into a full-blown lifestyle empire, up there with Gwyneth Paltrow's wellness brand, Goop.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker get married!
Fast-forward to January 2021 and it was confirmed that Kourtney was in a relationship with 47-year-old Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker. In October that same year, the PDA-loving duo got engaged at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California. The besotted couple had three weddings: an unofficial Vegas wedding, complete with Elvis impersonater, at the One Love Chapel on 3 April 2022, followed by an official service in Santa Barbara where they got their marriage license, and finally a grand ceremony in Portofino, Italy, with friends and family on 22 May.

Sisters' spat
Kourtney's wedding in Italy was a massive fashionista fest in which design duo Dolce & Gabbana came on board to host the event and dress the whole Kardashian clan. Just a few months later, Kim partnered with the brand for a catwalk show, a move which went down very badly with big sis Kourtney, as revealed on Hulu’s The Kardashians, causing a rift between the sisters.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker buy a beach house
Sibling rivalry aside, Kourtney and Travis wasted no time in finding a home to share, even though they both have their own separate portfolios. Sitting proudly on the sandy beaches of Carpinteria, California, they purchased a new love nest, a 10-minute drive from where Travis proposed to Kourtney in October 2021, surrounded by candles and flowers on Montecito Beach. Built in 1957 and remodelled in 2015, the Kardashian Barker home enjoys panoramic ocean, island and coastline views. But how much did it cost the Californian love birds?
Kourtney and Travis' 1950s renovation project
After carrying out extensive renovations that went 'down to the studs' in 2015, former owner Conan O’Brien placed his four-bedroom beach house on the market in July 2022 at $16.5 million (£13.6m). The Poosh founder and her rock star beau then swiped it for a steal at $14.5 million (£11.8m) by October 2022, but still making O'Brien a healthy profit on the $7.9 million (£6.5m) he paid for the property in 2015.
Kourtney and Travis' 1950s renovation project
With charming beamed ceilings and plentiful windows, their seaside residence is the ultimate in light-filled, open-plan living for the whole family (of eight, nearly nine). Spanning 1,000 square-foot of living space in the main house, it will be a squeeze however, for those huge family get-togethers that the Kardashian klan is so renowned for, TV crew in tow.
Kourtney and Travis' 1950s renovation project
The open-plan living room and kitchen area could certainly hold its fair share of guests, with a bi-folding glass wall that opens out onto a large wooden deck ideal for hosting. In fact, the deck boasts a built-in barbecue for some serious surf and turf. What’s more, there’s also a two-storey detached guesthouse with two separate bedroom suites, alongside its own living room and kitchenette, bringing the combined living space to 2,142 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
Kourtney and Travis' 1950s renovation project
When Travis proposed on the Montecito beach in October 2021, it marked the pair’s first anniversary as a couple. However, the PDA-loving pair have been friends since 2006, when Travis was coupled up with sister Kim’s VIP chum, Paris Hilton. We bet their shared history makes for some interesting conversations over the granite countertops at this cosy breakfast bar.
Kourtney and Travis' 1950s renovation project
The two bedrooms found in the main house both have shutters and a wall of glass separating a soundproofed balcony, fortunately for the neighbours. Prior to splurging on their joint residence in Carpinteria, California, Kourtney and Travis lived just one block apart in the Kardashian-favoured Calabasas neighbourhood. We can't wait to see how Kourtney re-designs the interiors here, perhaps with her signature minimalist style?

Sitting on a nearly half-acre lot, their Santa Barbara pad includes 50 feet of ocean frontage, while both the main house and guesthouse are surrounded by a lively mix of lush foliage including a dozen mature palms and bougainvillaea plants for added privacy. Yet, less than a year after the couple purchased their first marital home together, Mother Nature wreaked havoc on it, when a bomb cyclone off the coast of California whipped up powerful storms that devastated communities across the state's coast. According to The Sun, their beach house was consumed by mud, with the front of the residence showing signs that water may have breached the garage and lower floors. In January 2023, work crews were seen trying to shovel away mud and debris from the driveway, and it looked like the repairs required may be extensive.

Travis Barker's family pad
Meanwhile, the Blink-182 drummer has owned his property in Calabasas, California for 15 years, and shares it with his three children (including stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya). The family home stretches across almost 10,000 square feet, and is more minimalist than you might expect. The drummer told Architectural Digest that he’d "had homes with lots of flashy cars, murals, and bikes hanging from the ceiling” but that with his own children, plus Kourtney’s, this property seemed like "a place where [they] can create memories".

Travis Barker's family pad
Travis describes his living room as a ‘zen’ place he returns to after busy tours and long days in the recording studio. Graphic art decorates the walls and comes from the likes of Raymond Pattibon and West Lane. Large double doors lead out onto the garden, an addition made by designer-to-the-stars, Waldo Fernandez, who was recommended to Travis by his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner.
Travis Barker's family pad
It’s unsurprising that a man with his own record label would have his own home studio, and he told Architectural Digest he built it himself. Inclusive of a vocal booth, keyboards, and, of course, a top of the range drum kit, the room has played a key role in a lot of Travis’ music, particularly when he had to record remotely during periods of lockdown.
Travis Barker's family pad
This is the pool where Travis’ children learnt to swim and it’s been the location of a few wild parties in its time! Other quirky features of this home include a bed that vibrates, a designated matcha station in the kitchen and multiple closets stuffed with vintage t-shirts. The place also comes with a home theatre, kitted out with 100 professionally-tuned speakers for the ultimate viewing experience. We're sure Kourtney approves.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s Palm Springs house
When the loved-up couple and their growing family need a change of scene, they relocate to this multi-bedroomed abode in the gated community of La Quinta in Palm Springs, with celebrity (family) neighbours such as Kris Jenner, Cindy Crawford and Tim Cook. The mum-of-four-to-be reportedly forked out a cool $12 million (£9.8m) for the Californian property, with epic surrounding views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Only the best for Kourtney.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s Palm Springs house
Kourtney has kept her chic neutral colour palette alive in the open-plan abode, with a white and wood kitchen, cream sofas and expansive glass sliding doors to seamlessly glide between photoshoots. Keeping it in the family, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion is said to be a short drive from the holiday home of Kourtney’s mother, Kris Jenner. Ideal for if the couple ever needs a babysitter, then.

The kids would never be bored here, as the estate reportedly comes with a 15-hole golf course, infinity-edge swimming pool and occasionally this inflatable water slide the couple hired on Memorial Day weekend a while back. Kourtney will want to keep the kids amused with a newborn baby to look after. So where better to settle in and bond with her beautiful baby boy?
Travis Barker’s ‘spare’ Calabasas rental
Meanwhile, Travis seems to be trimming his portfolio a little. In August 2023 it was reported the rock star was looking for a new tenant for his six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath Calabasas mega-mansion. Initially listed at $25,000 (£20.5k) per month, after dropping to the still-pricey $23,000 (£18.9k) it looked to have snapped up a renter shortly after. The house, which sits on a corner lot of an exclusive gated community and was built in 2006, boasts more than 7,000 square feet of living space, and offers optimal privacy, luxury, and room to spread out.
Travis Barker’s ‘spare’ Calabasas rental
Upon entering the Italianate villa, you will find yourself in an oversized foyer, complete with vaulted ceilings, a sweeping staircase, tile flooring and a chic modern chandelier. The foyer flows seamlessly into the formal dining room and the adjacent gourmet kitchen, which boasts deep blue cabinets, state of the art appliances, a large centre island and a walk-in pantry.
Travis Barker’s ‘spare’ Calabasas rental
A set of French doors off the kitchen opens into an internal courtyard, perfect for dining al fresco. The courtyard is also connected to the sitting room, which features a custom fireplace, and another set of French doors which provide access to the backyard. Upstairs, the home’s primary suite includes two sitting areas, two walk-in closets, a private balcony and an ensuite featuring an oversized shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities.
Travis Barker’s ‘spare’ Calabasas rental
Outside, the home’s amenities are equally luxurious, and include a large lap pool and spa, barbecue, firepit, bar, shaded lounge pergola, pool house and a custom fountain. The entire property is an entertainer’s paradise, ideally suited to large house parties and weekend getaways for those who want to know what it feels like to live like a rock star. We wonder who snapped it up?
