Sprawling across 18,093 square feet, it benefits from 81 acres of land and 865 feet of lake frontage. The interior is modern and luxuriously kitted out, with everything from a sauna to a meditation room. Inside, there's six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and amenities you'd expect to find at a luxury hotel: a gym, marble-clad bathrooms, French-limestone heated floors, a wine cellar, an outdoor pool, spa and a heated and air-conditioned garage. While the house eventually sold in Feburary 2021 for a mere $21 million (£17m), it remains the state's priciest abode – though a developer recently offered an as-yet-unbuilt home in Paradise Valley for $30.6 million (£24.6m).
