Donald Trump's 'other daughter' and her high-end properties
She has spent years shunning the limelight, taking a back seat while her older siblings played a visible part in their father's political and business affairs. For this reason, Tiffany Trump has been referred to as the "forgotten" Trump but behind the scenes, Donald Trump's fourth child has enjoyed a lavish party lifestyle, complete with all the trappings of extreme wealth and several seriously upscale properties she calls home. Click or scroll through for a peek at every place Tiffany has lived, from the glam Setai hotel to the magnificent Mar-a-Lago—where she married her billionaire husband Michael Boulos—and explore if she is ready to take Ivanka's title as first daughter...

The new first daughter?
As Donald Trump gears up for his 2024 re-election campaign – in spite of numerous ongoing criminal investigations – it appears that Tiffany may be preparing to step into a new role within the family, the one previously occupied by Ivanka. Trump’s eldest daughter announced she would be stepping back from politics in November 2022 when the 45th POTUS announced his third presidential run. “I love my father very much," Ivanka said in an official statement. "This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics."

Public support for her father
Now some speculation has been made that Tiffany may be looking to fill her sister’s shoes, stepping into what Vanity Fair has described as the 'Ivanka-shaped hole' left in Trump’s life. She and her husband Michael Boulos were front and centre at Donald Trump's press conference at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach in April 2023, following his indictment court appearance over an alleged 'hush-money' payment made to adult performer Stormy Daniels. Ivanka was noticeable by her absence.

What do Tiffany and her husband do for a living?
Tiffany, who has a law degree from Georgetown University, claims to be currently working as a legal research assistant at the university’s Law Center, according to Insider. Meanwhile, her husband Michael helps run his family business, Boulos Enterprises, a rading company based out of Nigeria that deals with motorcycle imports.
Where do Tiffany and Michael live?
The Trumps have made something of an exodus from New York to Florida, and even Tiffany's mother Marla has reportedly moved there. While not much is known about where the newlyweds are currently living, it is widely believed that they live in Miami where they like to socialise. We do know that directly after they got married, Tiffany and Michael were staying at the glamorous Setai resort in Miami Beach and it was rumoured that they were house-hunting in Miami. However, if she’s still working for Georgetown University, Tiffany must also be making some trips further north of the D.C.-based college campus.
Tiffany and Michael's temporary hotel home
Reportedly popular with A-listers including Beyoncé, Madonna, The Weeknd and Britney Spears, The Setai hotel has incredible amenities with two acclaimed restaurants, a Valmont anti-ageing spa, infinity pools and a whole lot more besides. Needless to say, The Setai isn't for those on a budget—rooms start at around $500 (£412) per night, while the penthouse suite will set you back upwards of $30,000 (£25k).
Long stay suites?
Tiffany and Michael are likely to have selected a suite for their stay, with a two-bedroom priced from around $5,800 (£4.8k) in high season. This beauty, for instance, has a sleek open-concept kitchen and living area, plus a capacious balcony. As yet, the lovebirds don't appear to have found their dream home, and in all likelihood are still staying at the hotel. Judging by this and the other photos, that isn't too much of an inconvenience at all.

Between Ivana and Melania, Donald Trump was married to his second wife, Marla Ann Maples between 1993 and 1996. Donald Trump's first and only child with Marla, Tiffany was born on 13 October 1993 at St Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was named after the iconic jewellery brand that Donald Trump has always revered. He originally wanted to name his first daughter, Ivanka, 'Tiffany' in its honour. Her mother Ivana was not keen on the idea, which she presumably thought of as tacky, and it was vetoed as revealed in this excerpt from Ivana Trump's memoir, Raising Trump. Marla, however, had no such qualms.

A stone's throw away from the hospital where Tiffany was born sits her father's palatial Mar-a-Lago estate, where she would spend part of her formative years. Donald bought the 118-room Spanish-Moorish-style palace, which was built in the 1920s, for a song in 1985 and spent millions refurbishing the interiors of the sumptuous oceanfront property, including the glorious golden living room.

In 1994, the year after Tiffany was born, Donald Trump reenvisioned this historic estate and national landmark as the ultimate private members club to service the super-rich and famous names of Palm Beach and beyond. The original joining fee was $50,000 per member, which served as a way to prop up his struggling real estate business while allowing him, Marla and Tiffany to continue living on-site in the lap of luxury.

Spread over more than 62,500 square feet, there was more than enough room for the small family, guests and all the luxury amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. With the property continuing to serve as a retreat for the Trumps, Donald retained the ornate owner's suite. The master bedroom, decorated in his fave Louis XIV style, is shown here in the 1990s.

During the first few years of her life, Tiffany lived with her parents for lengthy periods at the beachfront estate. Mar-a-Lago must have seemed like a magical place for the pampered child; there was a huge playground accompanied by a wealth of amenities, stunning pools, tennis and croquet courts, and a mini golf course all on hand for entertainment.

The fun was seemingly non-stop. For her fifth birthday in 1998, Tiffany was treated to a nautical-themed bash in Mar-a-Lago's elegant white and gold ballroom. Pictured here dressed as a mermaid, Tiffany had a cake in the shape of the Titanic, piles of expensive presents and plenty of fun activities, including this limbo game.

Sadly, her parents' marriage had broken down by this time and the pair were living apart. They went on to divorce in 1999. While Marla was granted full custody, Tiffany maintained a relationship with her father and continued to enjoy stays at Mar-a-Lago. Here she is at Thanksgiving in 2000 with Eric, Ivana's mother, her half-sister, Ivanka and one of her little Trump cousins.

In fact, Tiffany has been a frequent visitor to Mar-a-Lago over the years. She loves to partake in the annual Easter egg hunt, which takes place at the estate every Easter Sunday. While Mar-a-Lago was Tiffany's first home, the bulk of her time up to the age of four was spent in New York, where she lived with her parents in the ridiculously ostentatious Trump Tower penthouse. Located atop the flashy 58-storey Fifth Avenue tower, the triplex sprawls over 10,996 square feet according to official records obtained by Forbes, though Donald has claimed it's three times bigger.

The penthouse's infamous Louis-XIV-style décor was inspired by the property magnate's visit to Saudi arms dealer Adnan Kashnoggi's showy apartment, according to Bloomberg, which he wanted to eclipse in splendour. And Donald certainly didn't hold back, with elaborate Baroque touches a-plenty and just about everything dripping in 24-karat gold.

Decked out in designer garb, the young Tiffany, who is pictured here at the top of the Trump Tower penthouse staircase, often joined her parents at VIP events from New York Fashion Week shows to Trump Organization parties, mingling with celebs and posing for paparazzi pics, thus becoming an upper-echelon Manhattan socialite from a very early age.

This shot of Tiffany hanging out with Ivanka in the Trump Tower penthouse living room was taken in 1996. The sisters seem to have had a close, supportive relationship from the get-go, with Ivanka taking on a nurturing role, offering up advice on boys, politics and more. But some sources have hinted at simmering tensions between the pair. And Donald Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen claims in his book, Disloyal: A Memoir, that Ivanka Trump treats her sister with "casual cruelty".

Tiffany moved out with her mother following her parents' split, but continued to enjoy stays in the property when visiting her father in Manhattan. Here she is in the blinged-out penthouse's living room in September 2018 before a visit to the United Nations General Assembly, posing with her siblings Eric and Ivanka and their respective spouses, Lara Trump and Jared Kushner.
Donald Trump's New York estate
As if Mar-a-Lago and Trump Tower weren't posh enough, Tiffany had the run of yet another uber-luxe property during much of her formative years, the 230-acre Seven Springs estate in New York's Westchester County, which her father snapped up for $7.5 million (£6.2m) in 1995, with a view to transforming it into a golf club.

After local campaigners thwarted his plans, Donald used the beguiling estate as a vacation retreat, with his children enjoying many happy stays there. Built in 1919 for financier Eugene Meyer, the 15-bedroom main mansion is simply divine and features all sorts of top-end amenities, including three wow-factor pools.

Since a bulletproof prenup restricted what she was entitled to, Marla got a pretty raw divorce deal in 1999, according to Vanity Fair, eventually, receiving one million dollars, plus an additional million for a house and $100,000 (£82k) in child support payments for Tiffany, which would stop at 21 or earlier if she got a full-time job or joined the Peace Corps or US Army. Marla took the money and relocated with Tiffany to this Spanish-style villa in the celebrity-packed Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas.

As reported by Trulia, Donald's ex dropped over $1.3 million (£1.1m) in November 1999 on the five-bedroom, six-bathroom property in the suburb's prestigious Mountain View Estates gated community. According to Vanity Fair, Tiffany was enrolled in the $30,000 (£25k) a year Viewpoint School and settled into a relatively quiet life with her mother. While now looking decidedly dated décor-wise, the villa was kitted out with plenty of luxury touches.

For starters, the manse came complete with a chef's kitchen equipped with the latest appliances—for 1999 that is—and a central island with a gas hob. The open-plan space, which leads out to the backyard, also features an informal dining area and extra-large windows that bathe the space in light.

This appears to be Tiffany's old bedroom, with a moody monochrome colour scheme and a canopy over the bed. Other highlights of the property include the impressive entry rotunda, basketball court and custom pool with its water slide and cascading spa. Though the house certainly isn't basic, Tiffany wasn't over-indulged and didn't actually receive an allowance from her father until she was 15—and that was only because Ivanka reportedly talked Donald into it.
Tiffany Trump's swish student dorm
In 2011, Tiffany flirted with careers in pop music and fashion design, releasing a single called 'Like a Bird' that failed to take off, and undertaking a sought-after internship at American Vogue set up by Ivanka, where Tiffany reportedly had lunch with Anna Wintour. Remaining focused on her studies, Donald's second daughter graduated from Viewpoint in 2012 with flying colours and headed east to her father's alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, moving into this swish dorm building called The Radian, adjacent to the college's campus in West Philadelphia.

With Tiffany at college studying for a bachelor's degree in sociology with a concentration in law and urban studies, her mother Marla sold the Calabasas villa in 2013 via Sotheby's International Realty for $2.2 million (£1.8m) and relocated to New York City to be nearer her daughter. Not your average student digs, as you can see from this show apartment, The Radian is loaded with premium apartments and amenities, from a fitness centre and clubroom to a stylish café.

Despite her well-appointed digs, which would have cost upwards of $2,100 (£1.7k) a month, Tiffany had to rough it at college—in a relative sense, at least—with Donald, according to Vanity Fair, reportedly limiting her monthly allowance to $500 (£412). As a result, the billionaire's daughter is said to have been scrupulous about money, calculating her share of restaurant bills she split with college friends down to the cent.
Tiffany Trump's deluxe NYC starter apartment
In the meantime, Tiffany appeared to have been gifted or given the use of a unit in the 36-storey Trump Plaza co-op on Manhattan's Upper East Side, since she's registered as living in an apartment there. Details are hard to come by on the property itself, but we have managed to find some pics of the unit next door, which is likely to be similar in layout.

Regarded as one of Manhattan's most exclusive addresses, the building at 167 East 61st Street seriously impresses, with a sensational entrance complete with a two-storey waterfall, regal lobby, concierge, fitness centre, private garden, and more, while the apartments offer oversized rooms, for New York at least, and breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Beautifully finished, this particular apartment has a plethora of quality touches, from the fine parquet flooring to the galley kitchen, which features premium cabinetry, high-end appliances and solid marble countertops. During her visits to the Big Apple, Tiffany mopped up a coterie of super-rich Snapchat and Insta-famous party friends, many of whom are offspring of celebrities or scions of prominent families.

Made up of Manhattan's hottest millennial socialites, the clique has been dubbed the Snap Pack by The New York Times, while the New York Post labels the well-heeled crew "the Rich Kids of Instagram". Key members apart from Tiff include Gaïa Jacquet-Matisse, the great-great-granddaughter of artist Henri Matisse, Magic Johnson's son EJ, legendary DJ Jellybean Benitez's daughter Raya and Kyra Kennedy, the great-niece of JFK. Back to the apartment: here's the master bedroom.

The main bathroom is clean and minimal, though since this is a Trump property, there's at least a smidgen of bling in the form of gold doorknobs. Balancing her studies with partying and fabulous vacations, Tiffany also found time to date and snared her first serious boyfriend in October 2015, fellow UPenn student Ross Mechanic, whose father is a top property lawyer.

As we've mentioned, pictures of Tiffany's Trump Plaza apartment are few and far between, but she has posted the odd snap on Instagram, including this one from 2019 of her posing in the living room with artist Mr Bling Colombia. Colombia created a portrait of the first daughter in Swarovski crystals, which is hanging on the wall behind them. Tiff clearly shares her father's taste for all things sparkly.

When she's at home in New York, though, Donald's youngest daughter prefers to be photographed on the apartment's wraparound balcony. Here she is in 2016, leaning on the gold top rail with the skyscrapers of the Upper East Side in the background, looking picture-perfect in a chic LBD. Tiffany graduated from UPenn in May 2016, while her father's presidential campaign was in full swing.

Though she was kept in the background pre- and post-election, with Donald's alleged favourite Ivanka playing a far more prominent political role, Tiffany raised her profile in other ways by posting pictures on Instagram of her charmed life as she enjoyed an extended break from her studies. With 860,000 Insta followers under her belt (she currently has 1.3 million), she moved into this snazzy DC apartment complex in September 2017 and started at Georgetown Law that same month.

Taking a different route to her older siblings, who went straight into the family business after uni, Tiffany has ambitions to be an attorney, something her father has joked is just what he needs. A step up from her UPenn dorm, the 455 Eye Street Apartments complex in Mount Vernon Triangle is brimming with amenities, including this hip resident's lounge.

Other draws include the rooftop pool and barbecue area, cutting-edge fitness centre with Peloton bikes, a study and conference room, plus there's even a gourmet restaurant on-site. As you might expect, rental prices aren't cheap but they're not excessive either, ranging from around $2,000 (£1.6k) a month for a studio to $3,800 (£3.1k) for a two-bedroom property.

The apartments are roomy and tastefully decorated. In the autumn of 2017, right around the time she moved to DC, Tiffany split from her boyfriend Ross Mechanic. Pulitzer Prize-winning author Carol Leonnig has claimed Tiffany “began spending an unusual amount of time alone" with the “tall, dark and handsome” secret service agent assigned to protect her, an allegation which has been strenuously denied.

Tiffany jetted off to Mykonos in Summer 2018, and it was at a party at celeb pal Lindsay Lohan's beach club on the jet-set Greek island that the first daughter met her second steady boyfriend and future husband, Michael Boulos, the heir to a billion-dollar business empire. The pair started dating not long after during the period when she was living in an apartment very similar to this one.

Tiffany has shared just one pic of the apartment on her Instagram account—the law student is shown here in 2019 with her cute rescue kitten Petals posing on a pretty pink sofa in the living room, next to a clear perspex side table adorned with a gorgeous orchid plant. The following year, she graduated from Georgetown Law in a virtual ceremony, having taken her final classes online due to the pandemic.

Michael's White House proposal
Michael popped the question at the White House in January 2020, shortly before her father vacated the executive mansion, bowling over his future spouse with, according to the Daily Mail, a 13-carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring estimated to be worth up to $1.2 million (£990k). By that time, the couple had moved to Florida and were staying at the heavenly Setai hotel in Miami Beach while they looked for a permanent home in the Sunshine State.
Mar-a-Lago wedding
In a welcome distraction from the estate's implication in an ongoing fraud lawsuit, Tiffany tied the knot with her billionaire husband Michael Boulos at her father's property on 12 November 2022. Framed by arches of pastel flowers, a radiant Tiffany walked down the aisle on the arm of her father, before the couple exchanged vows beneath a flower-adorned gazebo. Donald and his second ex-wife, Tiffany's mother Marla Maples, were both said to have been heavily involved in orchestrating the event.
Dazzling dress
Tiffany opted for a stunning long-sleeved beaded wedding gown by Lebanese designer Elie Saab, in a nod to her new husband's heritage. Tiffany's half-sister Ivanka, who also organised her bridal shower, took on the role of maid of honour. Posing in Mar-a-Lago's Italianate-inspired grounds, Ivanka wore a Grecian-style bridesmaid's dress in the wedding party's statement blue hue, a nod to the branding colours of the iconic jewellery store Tiffany was named after.

Dancing all night long
The wedding was organised by renowned event planner Toni Breiss and there were around 500 guests in attendance. The wedding reception took place in Mar-a-Lago's palatial 20,000-square-foot ballroom, with its ornately gilded ceiling and intricate columns. Tiffany and Michael took to the floor for their first dance, a cover of Toploader's 'Dancing in the Moonlight', cheered on by their closest friends and family. Donald and Melania are said to have joined the newlyweds for a slow dance to 'Strangers in the Night' by Frank Sinatra.
