Kyle Richards Umansky
OG star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards has been part of the show since it first aired in 2010—in fact, she's the last remaining original cast member. Before her reality TV fame, however, Richards was a successful actor, featuring in movies and TV shows including starring as Lindsey Wallace in the Halloween franchise and as a nurse in ER. In 1996, she married Mauricio Umansky, co-founder of glitzy real estate firm The Agency, and together they have a reported fortune of $100 million (£83m). So it's no wonder they have plenty to spend on lavish homes...
Kyle Richards Umansky's super-stylish Bel-Air home
And the couple's Bel-Air residence is definitely a lavish home. They bought the historic manse, which dates back to 1972, 11 years ago for a little over $3 million (£2.5m). It sits on a tree-lined cul-de-sac in the sought-after LA neighbourhood and has become one of the most recognisable houses in reality TV history, thanks to its countless appearances on RHOBH. Although Kyle's most iconic moments happened elsewhere—we all remember that limo fight with Kim in season one!

Spanning 6,229 square feet, the house was beautifully reimagined by interior designer Faye Resnick, who frequently pops up as a party guest on the show. Inside, the property is super stylish, marrying both modern and traditional design elements. The ultimate entertainer's home, it offers copious amenities, including a home theatre, a luxe office, a wood-clad cocktail bar and a gym—not to mention a seriously stunning living room, two dining rooms and a chef’s kitchen.

Upstairs there are seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, with the master suite taking centre stage. This gorgeous room has a vaulted ceiling, a sitting area, a fireplace, a walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite with a huge walk-in shower, a soaking tub and a dressing area that was designed for a make-up lover. From the black granite and white marble checkerboard floors to the antique chandeliers, beamed ceilings and brick fireplaces, every room is utterly stunning.

Outside, there's a sun-kissed pool, a multi-purpose sports court, a putting green and plenty of areas for gathering and sunbathing. Kyle and Mauricio waved goodbye to the pad in January 2022, selling it for $6.1 million (£5.1m) to the author, entrepreneur and self-made multi-millionaire Amanda Frances. Despite Mauricio's highly successful career as a real estate agent, the sale didn't come easy. In fact, it took the pair more than three years to off-load the house. We're sure they didn't mind hanging on to it just a little bit longer.

Teresa Giudice
The Real Housewives of New Jersey began back in 2009 and has provided us with 12 seasons of reality TV gold. OG Teresa Giudice has starred in all 220 episodes. From flipping a table over at her own party (while arguing with Danielle Staub in season one) to her high-profile split from her long-term Italian husband, Joe Giudice, Teresa is no stranger to drama, both on and off the screen. Joe was deported from the US in 2019, after serving 41 months in jail for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, adding to the scandal.
Teresa Giudice's custom New Jersey mansion
New Jersey is home to some of the most lavish and expensive homes in America, including Donald Trump's exclusive golf retreat in Bedminster, and Teresa Giudice's custom mansion might seem a little low-key by comparison. However, the sprawling crib certainly has plenty of Real Housewives glamour. The 10,000-square-foot property was custom-built by Teresa and Joe in 2008. Perfectly designed to suit their needs as a family, the estate stretches almost four acres and the house itself is overflowing with high-end fixtures.
Teresa Giudice's custom New Jersey mansion
From black marble and custom parquet floors to granite surfaces and gilded accents, the house has plenty of billionaire bling, including a Cinderella staircase that decorates the impressive entrance hall. It was in this room that Teresa's daughter, Milania, strutted around in her mum's leopard print boots, calling everyone trolls (a season three classic). The six-bedroom, five-bathroom home comes complete with a huge great room, a formal dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a butler’s pantry and a private wine cellar.
Teresa Giudice's custom New Jersey mansion
There's also a billiards room, maid's quarters and two garages. Almost every room benefits from huge windows that frame views of the garden, too. Outside there's a heated in-ground pool set underneath a canopy of mature trees. Teresa and Joe listed the house in September 2020 for $2.5 million (£2.1m) and found a buyer in March 2021, but the sale fell through after a nine-month escrow period. The pad finally sold in February 2022, for just under $2 million (£1.7m).

The buyer bagged themselves a truly stunning master suite. With its exquisite ceiling, three walk-in closets, dressing room, private balcony and marble-clad ensuite, it’s definitely fit for reality TV royalty. In October 2021, Teresa became engaged to businessman Luis Ruelas and the couple bought an investment property in Montville, NJ, according to the New York Post. The couple wed in August 2022.

Yolanda Hadid
Dutch-born television personality and former model, Yolanda Hadid is the mother of Bella, Gigi and Anwar Hadid, who are all now famous in their own right. Yet she's also a reality TV icon and joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2012, where she gained a reputation for speaking her mind and not being afraid to confront her co-stars. Formerly married to controversial real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, Yolanda is currently dating construction CEO, Joseph Jingoli, and is thought to be worth $45 million (£37.5m).
Yolanda Hadid's Malibu mansion
No stranger to amazing homes, she famously owns a farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she has goats, horses and a vegetable garden. Iconic supermodels Bella and Gigi often take to Instagram to share snaps of themselves at the estate. Yet the former model's Malibu mansion might well be her most impressive property purchase. Yolanda owned the place for many years and it was here that Bella, Gigi and Anwar spent many of their formative years.
Yolanda Hadid's Malibu mansion
The Mediterranean-inspired mansion is mere moments from some of Malibu's most pristine beaches, meaning every single room enjoys captivating ocean views. The 11,622-square-foot property was constructed in 2009 and comes equipped with striking living areas, a huge chef's kitchen, numerous dining spaces, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Fans might recognise the pad from the TV show, although its décor has received an upgrade in recent years.

There are a whole host of luxurious extras, too, such as a private spa—complete with a sauna and massage room—a gym, a cinema, a games room with a cocktail bar, a circular home office and a state-of-the-art wine cellar. From vanishing glass doors to marble fireplaces, coffered ceilings and wide-plank hardwood floors, there are abundant design elements to fall in love with. During her time on the show, Yolanda talked openly about her battle with Lyme disease and now works closely with various related charities.

Outside, there's also a swimming pool, a rooftop deck, a firepit, a landscaped garden, an orchard and endless living spaces for soaking up the scenery. It was sold by Yolanda in late 2015 for $19 million (£15.8m), according to Architectural Digest. It then reappeared on the market in July 2021, following an extensive interior makeover, for a massive $35 million (£29m). It's still for sale right now, if you fancy getting your hands on the place.

Erika Jayne
What would The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills be without the singer and former actress Erika Jayne? The star joined the cast in 2015 and made quite a splash. Yet her most shocking storyline has to be her much-publicised separation from her long-term husband, Thomas Girardi (who is 33 years her senior), and the ensuing scandal surrounding their finances.

Erika Jayne's lavish Pasadena estate
Thomas bought this stunning estate in Pasadena, California, in 1980 for the shockingly low sum of $1.3 million (£1.1m). Two decades later, he married Jayne and the pair made the residence their martial home. Over the years, Real Housewives fans have been given plenty of glimpses inside the pad. However, the couple was forced to sell off the 10,277-square-foot home following serious allegations of embezzlement and fraud—not to mention spiralling legal fees.

Erika Jayne's lavish Pasadena estate
Thomas filed for bankruptcy in early 2022 and is said to owe creditors more than $500 million (£416m). The historic home was built in 1928 and is every bit as glamorous as you might expect. Described by the listing agents, Ted Clark and Heather Lillard of Compass, as "Old World opulence", the regal residence is grand and lavishly decorated—just look at the coffered ceiling and dramatic fireplace in the formal living room.

The mansion boasts four bedrooms, nine bathrooms and plenty of living spaces for hosting VIP guests. Almost every room is decked out with stunning interior details, such as solid bronze doors, silk wallpapers and walnut-panelled walls. There's a gorgeous formal dining room, a library, a small private chapel and a three-car garage kitted out with iron doors, a vaulted ceiling and chandeliers. Plus, the massive master suite has dual dressing rooms and an opulent ensuite.

Of course, the house also benefits from an impressive garden. The nearly two-acre estate features elegant verandas, lush landscaping, a rose garden, historic fountains, a swimming pool and a pavilion topped by a chandelier. After filing for divorce in November 2020, Jayne and Girardi attempted to offload the property, listing it for $13 million (£10.8m) but after struggling to find a buyer, they reduced the price numerous times. It finally sold in November 2022 for $8 million (£6.7m).
Linnethia "NeNe" Leakes
Linnethia "NeNe" Leakes has been a staple of The Real Housewives of Atlanta since it first hit our screens in 2008 and has starred in 235 episodes. Over the years, the fashion designer has become synonymous with plenty of catchphrases and one-liners, including "Whew, chile, the ghetto", which was NeNe's response to Kenya Moore's temporary apartment, when she visited it in season six. She's also thought to earn $1 million (£833k) per season, making her one of the highest-paid of all the housewives.

NeNe Leakes' sprawling Georgian estate
In late 2021, NeNe listed her incredible country club estate, which lies in Duluth, Georgia, for $4 million (£3.35m), giving us the chance to take a proper look around. However, it ended up selling in January 2022 for just $2.7 million (£2.2m), which is only $500,000 (£416k) more than she paid for it in 2015, according to Dirt. Modern and stylish, the property is very befitting of the Real Housewives star. Let's head inside...

The contemporary Mediterranean-style villa was constructed in 2015 and measures 9,791 square feet. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as stunning living spaces decorated with soaring ceilings, arched doorways, wrought-iron work, designer lighting and plenty of glass. Luann de Lesseps
An original cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City, Luann de Lesseps was a Manhattan socialite way before Gossip Girl made it cool. She's appeared in all 13 seasons and during her time on screen has shared everything with her fans, from her sobriety story to her divorce. Once married to French aristocrat Count Alexandre de Lesseps, the former countess has just signed up to star in Bravo's new spin-off show, Luann And Sonja: Welcome To Crappie Lake, alongside fellow Housewife, Sonja Morgan.

Luann de Lesseps's Sag Harbor beach house
The iconic reality star has lived in this characterful crib for many years, but in the summer of 2022 she put the waterfront home on the rental market, giving us the chance to have a proper look around. According to the New York Post, it was available for $95,000 (£79k) for the month of July and $110,00 (£92k) for August 2022. Those lucky enough to consider renting it for the two months could do so for $195,000 (£162k), and we're sure there were plenty of takers. Let's head inside...

The beautiful beach house was built in 1835 and Luann bought the place in late 2013 for $3.1 million (£2.6m). Light-filled and free-flowing, the 2,500-square-foot home has rooms that open up to an outdoor deck with blissful Upper Sag Harbor Cove views. Despite the home's age, it's clear Luann has looked after the place and, thanks to a recent renovation, the interior is a dream come true.

Outside, there's a third of an acre of land, featuring dining spaces, a large lawn, a dock and a private studio where Luann no doubt hosts plenty of VIP guests. In December 2016, Luann married entrepreneur Tom D'Agostino Jr, despite finding out shortly before (on the show) that he had cheated on her. She announced their divorce less than a year later. Today, Luann is thought to be dating sports star Radamez Rubio, a former NFL player. We can't wait to see if the couple buys something together...

Lisa Vanderpump
Born in London, Lisa Vanderpump has become a big star across the pond, thanks to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, in which she's starred from the beginning. She gained her own spin-offs, Vanderpump Rules and Vanderpump Dogs, and is a true force to be reckoned with. In fact, according to reports, RHWOBH might not have happened without her. Producer Andy Cohen has openly admitted that it was her audition tape that got him on board. Lisa is also a restaurateur, winemaker and podcaster, and has a reported personal fortune of $90 million (£74.9m).

Thanks to Bravo TV, fans of Real Housewives have been able to step inside Lisa Vanderpump's Beverly Hills home on more than one occasion. Known as Villa Rosa, the property is nestled on an elevated lot with scenic views of Los Angeles, and has even been featured in Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine. Speaking about the property on her website, Lisa said: "It feels like it's in the middle of the countryside and yet it's only five minutes from the hustle and bustle of the town below."

Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, bought the 8,800-square-foot mansion in late 2011 for $10.2 million (£8.5m), according to Dirt. At the time, the contemporary home had five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, but the couple set to work transforming it into a bigger, even more glamorous family home. It was in this house that Lisa was confronted by Kyle Richards over puppy-gate in the star's final season on the show, during which she uttered the iconic sentence, “show yourself out darlin’".

Plus, there are plenty of exterior spaces for unwinding, including two rooftop decks, a shaded patio and an infinity pool. Lisa bought the place in order to downsize, after selling her lavish, 17,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion in 2011. She off-loaded the epic pad for $29 million (£24.1m) and Mauricio Umansky, Kyle's husband, oversaw the deal, according to Business Insider. That was before the two women stopped speaking to each other, obviously.

Bethenny Frankel
Since she joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City back in 2008, Bethenny Frankel has been involved in her fair share of drama and certainly isn't the most popular person among the cast. We all remember 'Scary Island', don't we?! The entrepreneur, philanthropist and author has even been listed in Forbes’ Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities in the past and she's thought to be worth a cool $80 million (£66.6m). With her money, she bought a truly stunning home. Let's take a look...
Bethenny Frankel's Bridgehampton home
Bethenny bought the house in 2017, during season 10 of RHONYC. Savvy fans might remember that when the star told the other ladies about her new purchase, it caused a fair amount of drama, mainly because its location on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton was seen as highly unappealing, especially by Ramona Singer. Yet it isn't hard to see what compelled Bethenny to buy it.
Bethenny Frankel's Bridgehampton home
Timeless and stylish, the shingle-style residence is known as The Morning Glory House and was finished in 1910. It blends original period detailing and expert craftsmanship, with plenty of modern touches, thanks to a recent renovation. Inside, there's 4,200 square feet of space, including two gorgeous living rooms, a dining room, a contemporary kitchen, a breakfast room, a home office and a mudroom.

Upstairs, you'll find seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, including the striking master suite. With large windows, endless floor space and a sitting area for whiling the hours away, it's a real oasis of calm. It, of course, comes with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in closet.

The half-acre garden is home to a wraparound veranda, an exterior patio and a cabana room with access to the heated pool. There’s a generous lawn, an alfresco dining area and plenty of lounge areas for hosting. Plus, the beaches, restaurants and high-end boutiques of Bridgehampton are within easy reach, making it perfect for one of New York's most iconic socialites. In February 2020, Bethenny sold her Hamptons house for $2.6 million (£2.2m).

Heather Dubrow
Heather Dubrow and her long-term husband, Terry Dubrow, are reality TV icons. While Heather is the star of The Real Housewives of Orange County, having joined the cast in 2012, Terry Dubrow is known for his work on the plastic surgery show, Botched. The couple tied the knot in 1999 and together they've bought and sold an array of stunning homes across California, including an ocean-view house in Orange County, which they sold in December 2015 for $18.8 million (£15.7m).
Heather Dubrow's $55 million Newport Beach mansion
Yet it's the couple's dreamy Newport Beach home that wins the prize for best-dressed. Known as Chateau Dubrow, the 22,000-square-foot mega-mansion was custom built by the duo in 2016, and they documented the extensive project on RHOC.
Heather Dubrow's $55 million Newport Beach mansion
Once the work was completed, the Dubrows gave Architectural Digest an access all areas pass, before taking to YouTube to offer their fans numerous guided tours of the place. As well as elegant living spaces with beamed ceilings and high-end light fixtures, the property is also home to 14 bathrooms and a champagne room, equipped with a bell that can be rung for on-demand bubbly. Heather’s walk-in closet also features a bell, which rings in the kitchen—another way of getting champagne on tap.

There’s also a stunning home office (seen here) and a luxurious basement that would be any big kid’s dream. It features an entire hall of pinball machines and a 21-seat movie theatre. Outside, there’s stunning landscape grounds and an in-ground pool with a speaker system, as well as a trampoline for the kids.
Heather Dubrow's $55 million Newport Beach mansion
Despite describing their self-build home as "perfect", the couple decided to move on in October 2022, selling Chateau Dubrow for a staggering $55 million (£45.8m). It instantly became the most expensive sale of the year in Orange County and Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Josh Altman was lucky enough to hold the listing. The couple has just bought a penthouse apartment in Los Angeles, but is also building a home in Idaho, according to People. Watch this space!
