British record producer and DJ, Calvin Harris, rose to fame in 2007, when he released two smash-hit singles, 'Acceptable in the 80s' and 'The Girls'. Soon, the Scottish musician was collaborating with pop stars like Rihanna and Pharrell Williams, gaining himself an estimated net worth of $300 million (£240m). Using his money wisely, the star snapped up a stunning hillside home in Beverley Hills and it's now available to rent...

Harris snapped up the dreamy Californian spread in 2014, when it was first built, paying a cool $15 million (£12m) for the place. Since then, the musician has invested plenty of time and money into renovations, turning the home into a stylish oasis that's truly worthy of a VIP. In early 2022, Harris attempted to sell up, listing it for $25 million (£20m). He struggled to find a buyer and even switched listing agents several times, but didn't consider dropping the price.

Still available to buy, the hillside home is also now rentable at a colossal $100,000 (£80k) per month, which is around $3,333 (£2.7k) a night. For their money, the tenant will gain 117,000 square feet of inside space, spread across five separate structures. Now, ambitious vacationers can actually stay in one of the Jackmans’ properties. In January of 2023 Hugh Jackman and his wife, fellow actor Deborra-Lee Furness, announced that they would be making their East Hampton estate available to rent during the winter months. The waterfront property boasts five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 5,000-square feet of living space.

The sleek, ultra-modern home was a true labour of love for the couple, who first bought the property back in 2015 for $3.5 million (£2.8m). The pair then began a six-year renovation process, completely transforming the building into the home of their dreams. The property is now available to rent for $166,666 (£135k) per month, that's around $5,555 (£4.5k) a night.

The couple reinvented their home with the help of architect Stelle Lomont Rouhani, who collaborated with Jackman and Furness to create “the utmost zen tranquillity” overlooking Gardiner’s Bay, according to the listing. The main home boasts three ensuite bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, an informal dining room with a hand-carved walnut dining table and floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The 2.5-acre property also includes a renovated guest house, which features two bedrooms and an open living space with a kitchen bar. The property also boasts an oversized pool and spa, both of which offer 180 degree views of the bay below. The listing describes the entire compound as “the ultimate retreat with all the amenities of a 5-star resort”.

After marrying fellow rapper Offset in 2017, Cardi B and her beau went on the hunt for their dream home and snapped up a mansion in Atlanta for $5.8 million (£4.6m) in 2019. Shortly after the arrival of their second child together, Offset surprised his wife with a property in the Dominican Republic. With a net worth of $80 million (£64m), Cardi's new pad is reportedly said to be an investment property for the couple, and the shrewd rapper wasted no time in putting it on the rental market.

After telling her Instagram followers of her aspirations to own a property in the Caribbean, the 'WAP' singer's dreams finally came true when her husband of four years splashed out a reported $1.5 million (£1.2m) on the stunning mansion. However, the home has been bought as an investment and is currently on Airbnb for around $899 (£708) a night.

In early 2021, not long after things got serious with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky, Rihanna bought this luxurious five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Beverly Hills home for $13.8 million (£11.1m). After snapping up another home right next door, which she flipped back onto the market in 2023, according to The Real Deal the star put the property up for rent at $80,000 (£62k) a month, which is equivalent to around $2,666 (£2.1k) per night.
