Fonda and longtime partner Richard Perry bought the Trousdale Estates property in Beverly Hills back in 2012. Originally on the market for $13 million (£10.4m), she's set to make a nice $5.6 million (£4.5m) profit. However, it's now been reduced to just under $10 million (£7.5m).

Kelsey Grammer, actor and star of TV comedies Frasier and Cheers, said goodbye to his swanky New York pad. He was asking $9.75 million (£8m) but couldn't shift it. So he teamed up with next door neighbour, tech CEO Larry Mueller, to sell the two condos together. The pair’s two apartments at the Jean Nouvel-designed building were on the market for $19.6 million (£16 million).
