For 14 years, Redford and his family set up home in Utah and used their wine country residence for hosting family and friends, and enjoying their hobbies before listing it for sale.

Named Danza del Sol (Sundance in Spanish, after his film festival) the property consists of the expansive main house, a guest house/studio and two large garages. The stylish but neutral living room comes complete with an exposed stone wood burning fireplace, a white wood panelled ceiling and plenty of shelving for the movie mogul's books.

More than a year after they separated, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have put their former home in Los Angeles on the market for $4.9 million (£3.8m). The couple purchased the property in 2013 from Live Nation Entertainment president Michael Rapino for $3.3 million (£2.6m), so are set to make a profit from their sale.

Built in the late 1970s, the 4,710-square-foot house sits behind secure gates and high hedges. Walking through the front door a series of archways leads to the living area which boasts high ceilings and wood panelled walls.

British artist Tracey Emin, has listed her condo in the Mid-Beach area – known as 'Millionaire's Row' – for $500,000 (£391k). The acclaimed artist first bought the apartment in 2013 for $420,000 (£328k), so is set to make a small profit.

The 11th-floor condo has two bedrooms and 1,040 square foot of space. Luxurious blonde hardwood floors and bright white walls run throughout. The overall space is fairly modest with the front door opening straight into this l-shaped living room.

Three-time nominated Grey's Anatomy creator and writer, Shonda Rhimes, has put one of the four multimillion-dollar homes that she owns in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles on the market for $10 million (£7.8m). The author first bought the property for $5.6 million (£4.3m) in the spring of 2010.
