One of Swift’s most appealing investments is this Rhode Island, Cape Cod-style mansion, which she bought back in 2013 for $17.8 million (£13.4m).

The reality TV star-turned-businesswoman has quite the impressive property portfolio. Kylie bought her first home in Calabasas, California back in 2015 when she was just 17-years-old. She sold her $2.6 million (£2m) ‘starter home’ a year later in exchange for the first of her Hidden Hills investments.

Kylie purchased the $6 million (£4.5m) luxury pad in Hidden Hills to be closer to her mother and sisters. Built in 2014, the six-bedroom property contains a spacious open-plan communal area with a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, pool and a four-car garage.
