Queens of reality television
The staggeringly popular reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians finally came to an end after 20 seasons in the summer of 2021, with all the drama and tears you'd expect, including the inside scoop on Kim and Kanye's divorce. All was not lost, however, as in April 2022 the famous family returned to our screens with a brand new show called, simply, The Kardashians. Streaming on Hulu in the US and Disney+ in the UK, the third season started in May 2023.
The Kardashians premieres on Hulu
The brand new series of The Kardashians premiered on Hulu in April 2022. As always, the Kardashian-Jenner clan held very little back in front of the cameras, and had more control, as they're now executive producers. Fronted by "momager" Kris Jenner, the business-savvy siblings have a net worth of over $2 billion (£1.6bn) between them; much of the action on the show takes place within the stunning homes owned by the various family members. From Kris and Khloé's neighbouring houses to Kim's minimal mansion, we get to go through the keyhole on some brand new properties, and also revisit some more familiar abodes.

Kim Kardashian's houses
The second-eldest daughter from Kris Jenner's marriage to lawyer Robert Kardashian, Kim Kardashian has amassed an estimated fortune of around $1.2 billion (£945m), according to Forbes. Since getting on the property ladder in 2005 with an LA condo, Kim has invested in multiple properties, including a Beverley Hills villa that she purchased for $3.4 million (£2.7m) in 2010, a mansion in Bel Air that she bought for $9 million (£7m) in 2013 and an undeveloped plot in California's Madison Club in La Quinta for $6.3 million (£5m) at the end of 2019. In 2014 she took on an enormous Hidden Hills mega-mansion renovation with her then-husband Kanye West, costing $20 million (£16m).
Kim's Hidden Hills mega-mansion
Kim currently lives in the Hidden Hills house she bought with Kanye West back in 2014 for $20 million (£16m) with her four children: North, ten, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four. The former couple spent another $20 million (£16m) on extensive renovations—staying with Kris in her house on the same street for the three years the work took to complete—and then moved into the house in December 2017. Set in over three acres of land, the overhauled estate features incredible vineyards, mature trees and expansive lawns.

Kim claimed the house in the divorce and it remains Kim's primary residence, according to Us Weekly. The SKIMS founder is now officially the sole owner of the home, having bought Kanye's share of the estate for a sum total of $23 million (£18.1m). Split into two deals, the property cost Kim $20 million (£16m), while the other $3 million (£2.4m) bought her the contents of the home.

The former couple worked with Belgian architect Axel Vervoodt on the renovated home's new design, which Kanye described as "futuristic monastery". Kim posted this picture of the master bathroom, offering a sleek grey bath and open shower, two unique double sinks and no basins. It went viral, as you'd expect.

After separating from Kanye and dealing with plenty of commotion in her work and family life, the SKIMS entrepreneur has maintained the neutral and calm aesthetic indoors. Speaking with Vogue during a house tour video in February 2022, Kim explained why everything in her house is kept so minimal: “I find there’s so much chaos out in the world that when I come home I want it to be really quiet and I want everything to feel calming.”

Kim set up a shared TikTok account with her eldest daughter North, giving fans an even closer sneak peek inside the lavish home. North gave a live tour of the family's mansion, but not before being scolded by her famous mum, who was caught lounging in bed. This snap posted by Kim to Instagram shows her relaxing in her clean and serene boudoir decked out in palest grey with silk sheets and a velvet wall.

Another selection of interior shots entitled: “Things at home that make me happy,” which were posted on her Instagram, show she has continued to embrace the monastic vibe first envisioned for the property and put her stamp on the house, particularly in this zen image of her bed perched on a marble plinth, surrounded by marble walls. Om!

Another look behind closed doors thanks to Kim's Instagram shows the model and fashion mogul trying on sunglasses surrounded by rails of clothes in a walk-in closet. The calm, neutral tones match her new silvery blonde tresses as she poses amid her fashion choices. We wonder if the kids are allowed in this room?
Kim and Kourtney feud
Kim used the serene home for a backdrop in the latest season of The Kardashians, when she talked about her spat with her big sister. Apparently, Kourtney was peeved when Kim did a collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana a few months after the fashion duo had hosted her third wedding in Italy in May 2022 and accused her sibling of copycat antics. “She’s such a hater,” said Kim.

While the rest of the abode resembles a whitewashed monastery, North's bedroom is a vision in pink. Posting a photo of the rose-tinted room to Twitter in 2020, the immaculate bedroom boasts an oversized butterfly headboard and a vanity laden with makeup brushes, as well as two pink framed mirrors on the pink wall. This room was designed by Belgian interior architect Vincent Van Duysen.

Star mommy Kim was not above installing a gigantic pink Hello Kitty slide and ballpit for her daughter Chicago's fifth birthday in January 2023 either. Kim gathered family and friends together for the event at her home, which was decorated with huge pink balloon arches while guests tucked into Hello Kitty themed cake and snacks.
"Lil Hidden Hills"
Kim has indulged the kids outside too, by installing a play village, which comprises a mini Starbucks, grocery store, a KKW Beauty boutique and a confectionary castle with cupcake roof. Nine-year-old North gave fans a tour of the mini-town “Lil Hidden Hills” on the TikTok account she shares with her mom, including the 50s-style diner, with its red banquette seats, black and white tiled floor and checkout counter.
Calabasas condo sale
Three years after Kim and Kanye snapped up their colossal development project, Kim purchased this cool condo in Calabasas, California for a mere $1.6 million (£1.2m) in 2017. The SKIMS owner listed the apartment in early 2023 for a hefty $3.5 million (£2.7m), which is more than double what she paid for it. But it has been on the market twice before in 2019 and 2022 with no takers, so is it finally time for a buyer to snap it up?
Calabasas condo sale
Measuring just 2,260 square feet, it isn't huge, but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in style. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment was renovated by Belgian brutalist architect Vincent Van Duysen, as a birthday present to Kim from her then-husband Kanye, and is similar in feel to her Hidden Hills mega-mansion. The listing describes it as a “minimal monastery-style flat” filled with “organic materials” and “soft neutral tones.”
Buying up neighbouring homes
Like many celebrities, Kim has been known to buy up neighbouring land whenever she has the chance, to secure her privacy and expand the grounds. In October 2019, Kim and Kanye spent slightly less than $3 million (£2.4m) on a neighbouring ranch, and purchased another adjoining property in an off-market deal for $2.7 million (£2.1m), meaning they added around seven and a half acres of land to the grounds of their primary residence.
Buying up neighbouring homes
The ranch-style estate is unusually divided into two parts, with a street running through the one-and-a-half acres of land. Situated on one side of the property, the main house is spread out across 3,880 square feet and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The airy living spaces are open-plan, with wooden vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows.

On the other side of the acreage sits the equestrian facilities with a four-stall barn, tack and feed rooms and a small fenced corral. The grounds also includes a pool and landscaped gardens. It is not known if the pair ever lived at the property, but in the wake of their split, Kim appears to have taken ownership, putting it on the market for $5.3 million (£4.2m) in September 2022.
Building in Palm Springs
Kim and Kanye bought an undeveloped site in California's Madison Club in La Quinta for $6.3 million (£5m) in 2019, which was awarded to Kim in her divorce settlement. Kim has since filed a new permit requesting to build a vacation home on the site, which will be designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. She is also reported to be building a lake-side home with Kengo Kuma, who designed the timber-clad National Stadium for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Kim buys a 'buffer' home next to Kanye
In May 2022, Kim bought this four-bedroom property, which lies just between her primary Hidden Hills abode and a house Ye purchased in December 2021. The $6.3 million (£5m) property acts as a "buffer" between Kim and her ex-husband, and she reportedly paid $800,000 (£630k) over the asking price to secure it.

Having stayed off the market since it was built in 1975, the 4,000-square-foot house is a far cry from Kim's usual taste, with time-capsule interiors. Despite its dated look, the house comes with a very desirable acre of land that borders two of the more famous homes in California, so there's a good chance that the house itself will be demolished.

Cindy Crawford's old home
Her most recent purchase, in September 2022, was this stunning clifftop mansion in Malibu, which is the former residence of Cindy Crawford. In what was the most expensive house sale in Malibu that year, Kim snapped up the 7,450 square-foot home for a mere $70.4 million (£55.4m), significantly less than its original $99 million (£78m) price tag.

The property has an ideal four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms to accommodate Kim’s children, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass doors that link the tasteful interiors to the exterior seating area and ocean views. The house is kitted out with all the latest mod-cons, but still retains some original features, with its wooden beams and spiral staircase.

The pool and the exterior decks are just some of the many luxury features that drew Kim to the property. The gardens benefit from towering mature trees, offering privacy and a sense of peace, and there’s a pathway down to a private beach accessed only by the star and her A-list neighbours, including Cindy Crawford (who owns the next door plot), Leonardo DiCaprio and Cher.

Kris Jenner's houses
Self-proclaimed "momager" Kris Jenner, worth a whopping $170 million (£134m), is a keen property developer who’s clearly taught her daughters well. The matriarch of the family is quite the property flipper and has fixed up a number of residences around the Golden State, from a $12 million (£9.4m) modern villa in La Quinta to her brand new customised mansion that sits right next door to daughter Khloé, which she bought in October 2020 for $20 million (£16m). But what about that iconic original Kardashian family home?
The Kardashians' original family home
Kris is still the proud owner of one of the most famous TV homes in America, the original Kardashian family home in Hidden Hills, California, but she no longer lives there. She purchased the mansion back in 2010 for $4 million (£3.1m), three years after the first episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired. Her son Rob Kardashian now lives there with his daughter Dream, six, from his relationship with Blac Chyna.

Though numerous episodes of the reality show have been filmed inside the property, a fake house is used for exterior shots to keep the paparazzi and super-fans at bay. The iconic home is known for its monochrome black and white hallway, where the Kardashian-Jenners have held many an impromptu photoshoot, and even stage their festive family photos.

Rob Kardashian inherits the original family home
Rob Kardashian, the only male member of the clan, moved into the iconic Calabasas mansion in time for Christmas in 2020 with his daughter Dream with ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna, whose failed lawsuit against the Kardashians is featured in season two of the original show. Rob posted an image of the famous chequered hallway on his daughter Dream’s birthday. "I'm so grateful we still have it in the family because it makes me really happy," Kris Jenner said.

In August 2018, the family matriarch shelled out $12 million (£9.4m) for this minimalist mansion in La Quinta, in California's Coachella Valley. Built in 2016, the modern home offers seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a whole host of enormous living spaces—the perfect spot for the ever-expanding Kardashian clan to spend time together.

Her second youngest daughter, Kendall Jenner, aka Kenny, certainly made the most of the stunning location when she celebrated her 27th birthday here in November 2022. The Daily Mail reports the supermodel posted a selection of images of herself meditating in an array of bikinis, while her now 67-year-old mother Kris responded: "You stole my heart from the very moment you were born!"

The interiors of the home are just as sleek and luxurious as you'd imagine. Modern chandeliers can be seen throughout this opulent open-plan living space, which features a huge table that's ideal for hosting large family dinners.
Investment property
Astute businesswomen, Kris and her daughter Kim invested in three condos in the purpose-built Calabasas community Avanti between 2015 and 2017 for a combined price tag of almost $5 million (£4m), only to put them back on the market a couple of years later in 2019 for a tidy profit.
Kris Jenner's luxury Hidden Hills home
In April 2020, Kris offloaded her main home in the upmarket Californian community of Hidden Hills. The luxury home sold for $15 million (£12m) in an off-market deal, Jenner having bought the plush mansion around three years before for just under $10 million (£7.9m). The house is right across the street from Kim's home, which must have come in handy when it came to babysitting her grandchildren.

The six-bed, eight-bath property offers a double-height entrance hall that leads through to the living room with its stand-out contemporary fireplace. Decked out with walnut floors, the chic chef's kitchen features marble countertops and stylish wooden cabinetry, while glass doors open out onto the expansive garden that's packed with a whole host of family-friendly features, including a zero-edge pool, spa, covered terrace, barbecue area and firepit.

Kris Jenner's brand new custom mansion
In October 2020, Kris decided to keep it in the family and purchased the house next door to daughter Khloé's new property in the Ashley Ridge neighbourhood of Hidden Hills. Paying $20 million (£16m) for the privilege, the momager set to work planning construction on their brand new homes. Pictured here in November 2021, Kris invited her friend Martha Stewart to visit, who posted a photo to Instagram of the fabulous new entranceway.

Set over three acres of land, Kris and Khloé’s homes were originally part of a single estate owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor. Unfortunately, construction was paused in June 2021 as a contractor disappeared with the mother-daughter duo’s money and deeds to the properties. After succeeding in a lawsuit, Kris and Khloé returned to their renovations and Kris was finally able to unveil her brand new 10,000 square-foot abode to friends and the crew of The Kardashians in November 2021.

Jenner’s housewarming and unveiling coincided with her 66th birthday that November, invitees including her family and close friends like Ellen DeGeneres and Faye Resnick. Alongside the bar, Kris has a piano room and screening room for catching up with each new episode of her family’s life. One particular room that caught everyone's imagination was the "dish room"—an entire room dedicated to her collection of designer dinnerware. And why not?
Recovering after hip surgery
Kris Jenner gave us a peek inside her comfortable bedroom when she was recovering from hip surgery in Season 2 of The Kardashians. Prior to the operation, she confided she was scared of having a hip replacement. “It reminds me of somebody older than I feel on the inside and somebody who is going to have challenges for the rest of her life,” she said.
Khloé's baby shower
We caught a further glimpse of the house in season two of The Kardashians when Kris hosted a lion-themed baby shower for Khloé’s son with her ex Tristan Thompson, who was born via surrogate in July 2022. A cloud of sadness hung over the event however, as fans will recall it was revealed at the end of season one that cheating Tristan had fathered a child with another woman six months before.
Forgotten condo
The reality matriarch raised a few laughs in the first season of The Kardashians when she admitted to having forgotten about one of the condos she owned in Beverly Hills. Taking a trip there with her daughter Khloé, she said she had only used it to wrap presents in and called it “Santa’s workshop”. “I can’t wait to be wealthy enough I forget I have properties somewhere,” remarked Khloé in a mock British accent.

Kourtney Kardashian Barker's properties
The eldest of Kris Jenner’s daughters, Kourtney hit the headlines after her three weddings in May 2022 to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and the news that they are expecting a baby later this year. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her three children: Mason, 13, Penelope, 10 and Reign, eight, from her previous partner Scott Disick. Worth an impressive $45 million (£35.4m), the oldest Kardashian sister owns $20 million (£16m) worth of property, including a Palm Springs mansion that she snapped up for $12 million (£9.4m) in June 2021, along with other residences. Let's take a look at the houses...
Kourtney and Scott's family home in Calabasas
Kourtney purchased this Spanish-style home with her former partner Scott Disick in 2014 for $8.5 million (£6.7m). The house is located in The Oaks, an ultra-private, luxury community in Calabasas, just a short drive over the Ventura Freeway from Kris's residence. The couple finally split in 2015 after 10 years and three children together.

The luxury LA pad's grounds include an outdoor pool, basketball courts, a covered terrace and plenty of open green spaces, making it the ideal home for the young family. Fast-forward to January 2021 however, and it was confirmed that Kourtney was in a relationship with 46-year-old Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker. In October that same year, the PDA-loving duo got engaged at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California.

After Kourtney’s first unofficial wedding in Las Vegas to Travis Barker on April 3, 2022 and a second service in Santa Barbara, the newlyweds held a more lavish affair in Portofino, Italy the following month, which featured in the second season of The Kardashians. Surrounded by friends and family, the grand Italian wedding was much more in keeping with the Kardashian's love of extravagance and luxury.

Multiple weddings aside, Kourtney's next property purchase was this jaw-dropping home in Palm Springs, which she bought in June 2021. The oldest sister reportedly shelled out $12 million (£9.4m) for the home, which sits in the gated upscale neighbourhood of La Quinta. The newly-built home was the perfect celebration spot for Memorial Day, where she was spotted with her three children and Travis Barker.

The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home came fully furnished and boasts over 9,000 square feet of luxurious interior space. The great room boasts panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and a stunning infinity-edge swimming pool, and looks out over the Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

Travis Barker's family pad
Travis has owned his 10,000-square-foot family home in the Kardashian-loved area of Calabasas since 2007, according to Architectural Digest. But when it comes to interior design, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch still holds all the cards. Kris recommended celebrity designer, Waldo Fernandez to Travis who suggested the addition of a pair of large double doors that lead out onto his sprawling child-friendly garden.

The couple threw a party at the home in June 2023 when they revealed—to a drum roll naturally—they were expecting a baby boy later in the year. Earlier, Kourtney had announced her pregnancy with a "Travis I'm Pregnant" sign during a Blink-182 gig in Los Angeles. The news has sparked speculation over whether the couple might now want to buy a bigger house together.

The loved-up duo finally took the plunge and bought a property together in October 2022, snapping up a beach house in Santa Barbara from popular talk show host, Conan O’Brien for $14.5 million (£11.5m). The love nest is a 10-minute drive from Montecito Beach, where the Blink 182 drummer proposed to Kourtney in October 2021 and celebrity neighbours include Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.

While the open-plan living room with its stunning sea views is an ideal place for entertaining, the pair will have to put any get-togethers on hold for now since the house was caught in the bomb cyclone storm in January 2023. According to reports, there was severe flooding and the house was engulfed in mud, although the family were not believed to be in residence at the time.

Khloé Kardashian's houses
The third-eldest daughter of Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian, Khloé temporarily moved to Cleveland for the birth of her daughter, True, in April 2018. However, the founder of the denim brand Good American is now back in the celebrity property hotspot of Hidden Hills, California and is reportedly worth a whopping $60million (£47.5m). Since buying her first house in Mulholland Drive, California for $3.9 million (£3m) in December 2009, Khloé went on to buy a mansion in Calabasas for $7.2 million (£5.7m) in 2014, before selling up once more and creating her dream home next door to Kris. Let's start at the beginning...
Khloé and Lamar Odom's marital home
After just one month of dating, Khloé married LA Lakers basketball pro Lamar Odom in September 2009. They moved into this rather attractive Mediterranean-style villa that December, paying $3.9 million (£3m) for nearly 8,000 square-foot of living space and this alluring turquoise pool.
Khloé and Lamar Odom's marital home
In the private surrounds of Mulholland Drive, California, the six-bedroom gated estate is surrounded by tall, mature trees and shrubbery. Inside you’ll find soaring ceilings and plentiful room for all the family to visit, including the rather large top-shelf kitchen with island and breakfast nook which would’ve looked very different when ultra-organised and minimalist Khloé lived there.
Khloé and Lamar Odom's marital home
Within the resort-like grounds sits the pool and water feature, plus a firepit and this beautiful covered arbour for large get-togethers. In 2013 however, the previously loved-up pair separated officially, with Khloé filing for divorce that December. The marital home sold for $5.5 million (£4.3m) in January 2014.
Khloé's Calabasas mansion
Khloé purchased her Calabasas mansion from Justin Bieber for $7.2 million (£5.7m) back in 2014. The reality TV star chose to return to the property to raise her daughter surrounded by the rest of the Kardashian clan, and she couldn’t get much closer—big sister Kourtney lived just around the corner.
Khloé's Calabasas mansion
When it comes to interiors, Khloé has similar tastes in style to sibling Kourtney. Her seven-bedroom, six-bathroom Spanish-style home contains a number of Mediterranean-inspired features, including vaulted ceilings, arched walkways and distressed hardwood and terracotta floors. Luxury amenities include a gourmet kitchen, spa, games room and home theatre.
Khloé's Calabasas mansion
Khloé sold the much-loved Calabasas mansion in November 2020 for $15.5 million (£12.3m), doubling what she had paid for it six years previously. She was sad to leave and posted a bittersweet Instagram video tour of the house, in which she said it was the backdrop to many of her “best memories” over the years.
Khloé Kardashian's Hidden Hills home
In October 2020, Khloé reportedly purchased this home in Hidden Hills for $17 million (£13.5m) with mom Kris buying the home next door at the same time for $20 million (£16m). The houses were built to spec by a local developer, so Kris and Khloé undertook huge renovations to create their dream homes, with progress and the final reveal featuring on episodes of the latest series. Khloé and her daughter True finally moved into the finished house in November 2021.
Khloé Kardashian's Hidden Hills home
Over two episodes of Hulu’s Kardashians show, both Kris and Khloé showed off their brand new interiors. As well as an estimated eight bedrooms, according to Dirt, the new home is said to boast nine bathrooms, a guesthouse, a home cinema and the all-important home gym. Decked out in predominantly white and light neutral colours, every aspect of the house was painstakingly overseen by Khloé herself.

The Good American founder has a taste for all things neat and tidy, as beautifully illustrated by her pantry. Professional organisers from The Home Edit were enlisted to design her shelves, organising the food items to Khloé’s high standards. Khloé says she has her mum Kris to thank for her obsessive tidiness. “I wasn't even allowed to sit on my bed if it was made because I would flatten the duvet insert," she said.

Outside, there’s a large swimming pool. Khloé often posts images of herself sunbathing in her backyard, but she might be more tentative about spending too much time in the sun in the future after discovering a “tiny little dot” on her face that turned out to melanoma skin cancer. Thankfully, the star revealed it had been removed and she received the all-clear.
Birth of Khloé's son
A whole episode in season two of the show is dedicated to the ongoing drama surrounding the birth of Khloé’s son with Tristan, including the emotional moment she is able to hold her child for the first time, following his birth via surrogate in July 2022. His arrival comes just after Khloé discovers that Tristan has cheated on her with personal trainer Maralee Nichols, who gave birth to his baby just months before.

Khloe opens up on surrogacy
In season 3 of The Kardashians, Khloe opens up about her experience of surrogacy, admitting she felt “less connected” to her newborn son Tatum–seen here on her Instagram—than she did to daughter True, now five, after she was born. She also stressed on the show that although she and Tristan Thompson are on good terms again, they had no plans on getting back together again.
Kendall Jenner's homes
At the age of just 27, Kendall Jenner knows a thing or two about the property market. The eldest of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner's two daughters, she left the family home back in 2014 and is now worth a reported $60 million (£47.5m). Since then, the model has flipped a number of properties, including her West Hollywood starter home, which she sold in 2018 for $1.6 million (£1.3m), whilst currently living in a Spanish-style villa in Beverly Hills.

Kendall currently calls this Spanish-style villa in Beverly Hills home. She purchased the property from Charlie Sheen in October 2017 for $8.6 million (£6.8m) and counts Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled as her neighbours. Her five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is set behind huge gates to help keep out prying eyes.

The property also has a pool with spa facilities, a firepit and covered terrace, which offer an ideal location for hosting alfresco A-list parties. There’s also a large backyard with a children’s playground that's bound to have elevated her to “favourite aunt” status among the expanding Kardashian-Jenner brood.
Trying her luck at property flipping
Kendall decided to try her hand at flipping properties in season two of The Kardashians, teaming up with her friend Kai, who knows something about the business. As well as making a few bucks, she feels it would be a way to express her creative side, since modelling gives her little scope artistically. 'When I walk into a house, my wheels just kind of start turning,' she says in episode four.

Kylie Jenner's real estate empire
The youngest of the Jenner sisters and mother to daughter Stormi, Kylie is quite the property mogul. The 25-year-old, who owns a whole host of businesses, has already snapped up and sold on a number of properties since buying her first home at the age of just 17. From owning three houses in the Hidden Hills, she also purchased a home with then boyfriend Travis Scott for $13.5 million (£10.7m) in 2018, as well as a $36m (£28.4m) modern fortress she purchased in April 2020. But where is her current home?

After buying two homes in the Hidden Hills community in Los Angeles County in 2016, the star splashed out on a third Hidden Hills home in the same year for $12 million (£9.4m). Although now not her main residence, she revealed in an article in Architectural Digest that she'd undertaken extensive renovations to transform it into a pink paradise.

Offering 13,200 square feet of space, the home features a gourmet kitchen, home theatre, games room, pool and spa. With wide doorways and plenty of natural light, the living areas flow seamlessly through into the open-plan dining area. Upon entering you are greeted by a rather misleading all white lobby, with taupe wooden flooring, muted furnishings and a large, natural wood surround wine rack. Elsewhere in the property however, Kylie's love of pink is alarmingly abundant...

Here we see Kylie's signature pops of colour in her main bedroom, with gloss white marble walls, pink fluffy rugs and a neon pink sign above the fireplace. With a total of eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the home was built in 2015, making it only a year old when Jenner made her purchase.

Nestled in one-and-a-half acres of land, the grounds feature a large swimming pool, perfect for her daughter Stormi, five and a son, who was born on February 2nd 2022. Originally called Wolf, the star announced she had changed his name to Aire, in January 2023, just two weeks after she is alleged to have split from his dad Travis Scott. His name has now been legally changed to Aire Webster, reports Sky, while Kylie is reportedly dating actor Timothée Chalamet.

Kylie and Travis Scott's Beverly Hills house
In October 2018, Kylie went halves on this house with then boyfriend Travis Scott. The couple splashed out a total of $13.5 million (£10.7m) on the Beverly Hills Post Office home. Set behind a gated driveway, the private property is surrounded by canyon views and would have made an idyllic love nest.

The main living spaces are all open-plan, while a vast glass wall retracts to offer seamless indoor-outdoor living. European oak flooring and modern fixtures run throughout the home, which also has a wine room, a three-car garage and a library.

Outside, the patio and barbecue area descend down to a swimming pool and spa, making the backyard the ideal space for a star-studded pool party. Despite the arrival of their son in February 2022, the pair listed the property the following October for a reported $21.9 million (£17.3m), slashing the price by $2 million (£1.6m) in Spring 2023 due to a lack of offers.
Kylie Jenner's $36.5m modern fortress
One of Kylie's more recent property purchases was this single-storey modern home in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles for $36.5 million (£29m) according to Dirt. Sitting on nearly an acre of land, it comes with two guest apartments and a dedicated guardhouse to keep the star as safe as possible.

Clad in concrete, the property is built like a fortress. Inside, it offers over 19,000 square feet of space and features a chef's kitchen with a marble island, a dining room with panelled walls, seven huge bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The glitzy home isn't short of amenities either, with a home theatre, a bar, games rooms, gym and championship-level sports court.

The opulent living spaces all lead out to the home's central courtyard with its dazzling swimming pool. The best feature, however, has to be the fully retractable walls, which open up the interior rooms to the great outdoors. What's not to love?
Kylie Jenner's vacant Hidden Hills plot
In April 2020, the star also splashed out on this empty plot of land for $15 million (£12m), just down the road from Kris and Kim's respective homes. The five-acre estate sits behind secure gates and was once part of Miley Cyrus' property portfolio. The land used to be home to a five-bedroom property, which has since been knocked down, but the previous owners acquired permits to build a brand new 18,000-square-foot home, and according to reports, building work is now underway at the compound.
Pastures new in Palm Springs
Meanwhile, Kylie is reported to have been putting the final touches to a 15,500-square-foot property she bought in 2019, which is next door to her mother’s Palm Springs home. The youngest member of the clan purchased the five-bedroom, six-bathroom pad for just $3.2 million (£2.6m) but not everyone is impressed with the ultra-industrial home, with social media comments labelling it as "soulless" and "boring". Is she bothered? We doubt it.

Caitlyn Jenner
Compared with the rest of her family, former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Caitlyn Jenner, worth $100 million (£79.1m), is something of a newbie to the property flipping game. Having quit the hit show in 2017, the star rented out a Malibu mansion before going on to purchase a home in the same area after finalising her divorce from Kris Jenner.

Caitlyn now calls this ranch-style retreat in the Malibu area of California home. With 2,790 square feet of space and three bedrooms, there's plenty of room to host family and guests. Surrounded by scenic views of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu canyons, the star purchased the home in February 2015 for just shy of $3.6 million (£2.8m).

Decked out in a refreshing neutral colour palette, the secluded home has an open-plan living space with a gourmet kitchen and a cosy living room, complete with a brick fireplace and light hardwood floors. Caitlyn has spoken in the series about the house as a milestone in her new life as a woman, and she embraced furnishing it and making it her own.

The star showed off her stunning dining room with its large table and six luxury cream padded chairs, in a post on her Instagram and is clearly in a good place at this point in her life. She wished her stepdaughter Khloe a happy 39th birthday in June 2023, noting: “I know I haven't been perfect but I will always love you and you are forever in my heart.”

Her home certainly encourages a sense of calm and self-reflection. Nestled in 11 private acres of land, the grounds are perfect for the outdoorsy lifestyle that Caitlyn enjoys, boasting a covered patio, pool and a spa. Flanked by captivating mountain views, it's hard to imagine a more idyllic spot to take stock.
Up for auction
You may recognise this chic Malibu beachfront house from season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The Olympic gold medal-winning decathlete and TV personality Caitlyn Jenner rented the 4,456 square-foot property for several years from 2013, appreciative of its private, tucked-away position. The multi-level property came up for auction in May 2020 and was expected to clear well in excess of $8 million (£6.3m)
