After purchasing the property more than a decade ago, singer Anastacia has been trying to sell her Beverly Hills villa for more than two years. Originally listed for $3.65 million (£2.6m), the home is now back on the market for $2.99 million (£2.2m).

Ironically, Antonio Banderas' ex-wife, Melanie Griffith, is also struggling her sell her home – a unique chalet in the heart of world-renowned ski resort, Aspen. The traditional property went on the market in April 2018 for $4.8 million (£3.6m), but fast-forward seven months and the home remains unsold.

After commissioning architect Oscar Shamamian to redesign the property, and working alongside designer Michael Smith on the interior, the property has been back on the real estate market since 2016.
