Kate Middleton's parents, Carol and Michael, have put their London flat on the market for $2.5 million (£1.95m). The flat was reportedly home to Kate before she became the Duchess of Cambridge and moved into Bordorgan Hall with her husband Prince William.

Spread out over three floors, the house has 1,250 square feet of floor space. The living area, which sits on the second floor with the kitchen and guest toilet, has plain white decor, with a stand out red sofa and rug.

On the third floor, you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite as well as two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. The hallways are dotted with artwork including a map of the London Underground.

The modest master bedroom is full of natural light from the window that overlooks the historic streets on London's most salubrious borough, Chelsea. This could have once been Kate's bedroom!

The ensuite bathroom is made up of beige stone, marble counter-tops and a minimalistic colour scheme, with large mirrors sweeping along one side. It's the perfect bathroom for a princess-in-waiting. Former Major League Baseball (MLB) player, Alex Rodriguez, has put his Los Angeles house on the market for $6.5 million (£5.1m). The 43-year-old, who is currently dating Jennifer Lopez, bought the property from Meryl Streep for $4.8 million (£3.8m) in 2014.

The LA home was built in 1954 as part of a cutting-edge architectural programme and is now known as the Honnold & Rex Architectural Research House. In 2013 the house was revamped by designer and architect Xorin Balbes, and is now a stylish Hollywood home.

At 3,700-square-feet the house isn't big by Hollywood standards but does feature four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The open-plan living area opens out to the courtyard with a pool, firepit and fountains, as well as large outdoor TVs.

The separate dining room features a colourful wall mural with an eight-seater black table that is offset by the lighter-coloured chairs. Beyond the dining space is a living area that has an amazing double height fireplace column, the perfect place for relaxing after a dinner party.

The master bedroom is surrounded by glass revealing stunning views over the hills and the city. The luxurious window seat is a prime spot for enjoying the best vistas.

A few months after buying a $21.75 million (£17.2m) house in Miami Beach, DJ Khaled has put his previous home on the market for $8 million (£6.3m). Khaled bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2015 for $3.59 million (£2.8m), so is set to make a good profit from the sale.

The house is packed full of luxury amenities including an elevator so you don't even have to climb the stairs. The property has had a massive $2.5 million (£2m) remodel to make it as grand as it is today. Built in 2001, the 6,697-square-foot home has a total of five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 240 feet of private water frontage.

The renovation came complete with a custom-built wardrobe, especially for the DJ's sneakers. The built-in shelves cover all walls and stretch from floor to ceiling. The one-of-a-kind room can hold over 500 pairs of shoes, but sadly, they aren't included with the sale.

The outdoor area includes a tropical pool and spa overlooking the bay. The lounge space has a TV and firepit and has been the scene of many celebrity parties over the last few years.

Actress and producer, Ellen Page, has put her mid-century modern house on the market for $2 million (£1.6m). The 31-year-old purchased the property four-and-a-half years ago for $1.7 million (£1.3m) from tennis star Venus Williams.

Located in the up-market area of Nichols Canyon in Los Angeles, the spacious home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in just over 1,500 square feet of space. The decor is a blend of vintage furnishings that match the age of the house mixed with up-to-date pieces.

The light-filled, open-plan living and dining space features a pitched and beamed ceiling, honey-blonde wood flooring and a stacked stone fireplace in the centre, that is one of the house's original features.

The galley-style kitchen has skylights overhead and terrazzo flooring underfoot. With custom wood cabinetry and white worktops, it has a sleek design that incorporates a neat little dining space.

The master bedroom has bespoke built-in wardrobes and glass sliding doors. The outdoor area includes a long gravelled patio and a swimming pool that leads to the deck, which is cantilevered over the hillside with breathtaking views of the canyon below.

Eva Longoria has put her sprawling Hollywood Hills estate back on the market for $9.8m (£7.7m), after slashing the price by $1.2 million (£950k). The 43-year-old, mum of one, purchased the property from Tom Cruise in 2015 for $11.4 million (£9m) so is set to make a bit of a loss.

The property boasts a stylish three-bedroom home, alongside a guest house, with ornate stone trails and pathways linking the buildings. The main house has a farmhouse kitchen and spacious living room with a stunning fireplace, which makes a great stand out feature.

The refined sense of style that runs through the house also features in the dining room. Decorated in a simple colour palette of white and wood it has a few glam touches such as the hanging pendant lights and modern ceramics on the elegant dining table.

The master bedroom is super spacious and even has a small seating area as well as an ensuite. The French doors open out to the patio area, joining the bedroom seamlessly with the fabulous grounds and letting in fresh air and light.

Outside, lush planting, mature trees and a swimming pool sit alongside a lagoon and wooden bridge. From the garden, you can see panoramic views across the southern Californian landscape.

Noel Gallagher's west London home has been put back on the market for $11.3 million (£8.9m) after first being listed in 2016 for $14.5m (£11.5m). The Oasis guitarist first purchased the Maida Vale property in 2010 for $10.1 million (£8m).

The six-bedroom house has a double reception room on the ground floor with high ceilings and Juliet balconies, as well as a family room, gym and entertainment space. The decor is dark and moody, with modern artwork and plush velvet sofas.

The large kitchen has a monochrome theme with white cabinets, patterned floor tiles and a silver wall – a true rock icon's kitchen.

The formal dining room has a bit more colour, with Missoni patterned benches, fun artwork and fairy lights. It sits right next to the kitchen, so is perfect for entertaining and after parties.

Legendary actor, director and producer Robert Redford has put his Napa Valley country retreat on the market for $7.5 million (£5.9m). For 14 years, Redford and his family set up home in Utah and used their wine country residence for hosting family and friends, and enjoying their hobbies before listing it for sale.

Named Danza del Sol (Sundance in Spanish, in line with his film festival of the same name) the property consists of the expansive main house, a guest house/studio and two large garages. The stylish but neutral living room comes complete with an exposed stone wood burning fireplace, a white wood panelled ceiling and plenty of shelving for the movie mogul's books.

Measuring 5,200 square foot, the main house has space to spare with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den and library. The sunny white kitchen is perfect for entertaining with the formal dining room just a few feet away through the sliding barn door.

The master bedroom is surrounded by windows with views over the Napa Valley. The decor almost has a tropical hideaway feel with exposed wooden beams, rattan blinds and hints of terracotta. The house is listed for sale with Steve Mavromihalis real estate.  

The guest house has been converted into a studio for Redford's wife, artist Sibylle Szaggars. The open space is filled with light from the wall of French doors and the huge receding garage doors that disappear up into the vaulted ceiling – perfect for getting large artworks in and out of the space.

More than a year after they separated, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have put their former home in Los Angeles on the market for $4.9 million (£3.8m). The couple purchased the property in 2013 from Live Nation Entertainment president Michael Rapino for $3.3 million (£2.6m), so are set to make a profit from their sale.

Built in the late 1970s, the 4,710-square-foot house sits behind secure gates and high hedges. Walking through the front door a series of archways leads to the living area which boasts high ceilings and wood panelled walls.

Arranged around a centre island, the eat-in kitchen overlooks the swimming pool outside. To match with the rest of the house, the brown granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and chandeliers give it a more traditional appeal.

The spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area with a fireplace as well as a wrought iron balcony that overlooks the pool. Two custom-fitted walk-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower add a luxury touch.

Former tennis champion Andy Roddick and wife Brooklyn Decker have listed their lavish Texan estate for $5.7 million (£4.5m). The couple bought the home in 2013 and have since added their personal style to the decor.

The mansion features rustic interior details with exposed stone and wood beams that have been reclaimed from the Chicago Stock Exchange.

The kitchen has been opened up and fitted with on-trend marble worktops, mixed with plain wood and painted blue cupboards, which are offset by a neon light in the background. The couple also added a temperature controlled room for their extensive wine collection.

Hollywood superstar Samuel L. Jackson, has put his Manhattan home on the market for $13 million (£10m). The actor, who lived in the 3,000-square-foot apartment with his wife LaTanya Richardson, purchased his home in 2005 for $4.8 million from former NBA basketball player Greg Anthony.

Set inside a 13-storey pre-war building located close to Central Park, the four-bedroom condo has a number of perks including a formal dining room, wet bar and marble bathroom.

The main hub of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, however, sitting across the hall is an additional light-filled second reception room with views across the city.

Actress Kirstie Alley has listed her Los Angeles mansion for $12 million (£9.5m). The 67-year-old has owned the home in the Los Feliz neighbourhood for nearly 19 years having bought it in 2000 for $3 million (£2.4m), so has quadrupled the price of the property!

With a huge 8,622 square feet of floor space, the house is plenty big enough. Built in 1933, it has six bedrooms and is full of original features such as iron hardware and windows, hand-painted frescoes and the original owner's initials on the front door.

The stylish kitchen, which was devised by celebrity interior designer Nate Berkus, has a green colour scheme, which runs through most of the house and has shiny diamond tiles from floor to ceiling. The breakfast bar with built-in sink is the perfect place to have an informal bite to eat.
