Kate Middleton's parents, Carol and Michael, have put their London flat on the market for $2.5 million (£1.95m). The flat was reportedly home to Kate before she became the Duchess of Cambridge and moved into Bordorgan Hall with her husband Prince William.

Former Major League Baseball (MLB) player, Alex Rodriguez, has put his Los Angeles house on the market for $6.5 million (£5.1m). The 43-year-old, who is currently dating Jennifer Lopez, bought the property from Meryl Streep for $4.8 million (£3.8m) in 2014.

The LA home was built in 1954 as part of a cutting-edge architectural programme and is now known as the Honnold & Rex Architectural Research House. In 2013 the house was revamped by designer and architect Xorin Balbes, and is now a stylish Hollywood home.

DJ Khaled's Miami mansion, $8 million (£6.3m)
A few months after buying a $21.75 million (£17.2m) house in Miami Beach, DJ Khaled has put his previous home on the market for $8 million (£6.3m). Khaled bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2015 for $3.59 million (£2.8m), so is set to make a good profit from the sale.

The house is packed full of luxury amenities including an elevator so you don't even have to climb the stairs. The mansion has purple accents throughout, including in the grand hallway that has double height ceilings and a 14-karat gold chandelier, which has been finished off with Swarovski crystals. The property has had a massive $2.5 million (£2m) remodel to make it as grand as it is today. Built in 2001, the 6,697-square-foot home has a total of five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 240 feet of private water frontage.

The renovation came complete with a custom-built wardrobe, especially for the DJ's sneakers. The built-in shelves cover all walls and stretch from floor to ceiling. The one-of-a-kind room can hold over 500 pairs of shoes, but sadly, they aren't included with the sale.

Actress and producer, Ellen Page, has put her mid-century modern house on the market for $2 million (£1.6m). The 31-year-old purchased the property four-and-a-half years ago for $1.7 million (£1.3m) from tennis star Venus Williams.

Eva Longoria has put her sprawling Hollywood Hills estate back on the market for $9.8m (£7.7m), after slashing the price by $1.2 million (£950k). The 43-year-old, mum of one, purchased the property from Tom Cruise in 2015 for $11.4 million (£9m) so is set to make a bit of a loss.

Noel Gallagher's west London home has been put back on the market for $11.3 million (£8.9m) after first being listed in 2016 for $14.5m (£11.5m). The Oasis guitarist first purchased the Maida Vale property in 2010 for $10.1 million (£8m).

Legendary actor, director and producer Robert Redford has put his Napa Valley country retreat on the market for $7.5 million (£5.9m). For 14 years, Redford and his family set up home in Utah and used their wine country residence for hosting family and friends, and enjoying their hobbies before listing it for sale.

Actress Kirstie Alley has listed her Los Angeles mansion for $12 million (£9.5m). The 67-year-old has owned the home in the Los Feliz neighbourhood for nearly 19 years having bought it in 2000 for $3 million (£2.4m), so has quadrupled the price of the property!
