J.Lo's other half, Alex Rodriguez has also put his former Los Angeles house on the market for $6.5 million (£5.1m). The 43-year-old bought the property from Meryl Streep for $4.8 million (£3.8m) in 2014, and now his bachelor days are over it's time to sell up.

Sir Michael Caine has put his sprawling nine-bedroom mansion in Surrey, on the market for $4.9 million (£3.75m). The Oscar-winning actor bought the mansion in 1999 for a mere $1.3 million (£1m) and has made a number of improvements to the property, including adding a cinema, which cost him $160,000 (£120k) to install.

Bad Moms actor David Walton and his wife Majandra Delfino, have put their vine-covered 1920s Spanish villa on the market for $3.2 million (£2.4m). The couple, known for their comedy roles including his turn in the TV series New Girl and her lead role in Friends with Better Lives, bought the two storey home in 2013 for $1.7 million (£1.3m), so are set to nearly double their investment.

One half of pop duo The Chainsmokers, Drew Taggart has put his super modern villa on the market for $3.9 million (£2.9m). Located in the upmarket Melrose district in West Hollywood, the star purchased the new build villa two and a half years ago for just under $3.3 million (£2.5m).

Kate Middleton's parents, Carol and Michael, have put their London flat on the market for $2.5 million (£1.95m). Kate reportedly lived in the property before she became the Duchess of Cambridge and moved into Bordorgan Hall with her husband Prince William.

A few months after buying a $21.75 million (£17.2m) house in Miami Beach, DJ Khaled has put his previous home on the market for $8 million (£6.3m). Khaled bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2015 for $3.59 million (£2.8m), so is set to make a good profit from the sale.

The house is packed full of luxury amenities including an elevator so you don't even have to climb the stairs. Actress Kirstie Alley has listed her Los Angeles mansion for $12 million (£9.5m). The 67-year-old has owned the home in the Los Feliz neighbourhood for nearly 19 years having bought it in 2000 for $3 million (£2.4m), so has quadrupled the price of the property!
