Jennifer Lopez and her partner baseball player Alex Rodriguez may have purchased their 36th-floor condo just under a year ago, but the superstar couple has already put it back on the market for $17.5 million (£13.3m) as they look for a bigger space to accommodate their family of six.

The entrance to the three-bed, four-and-a-half bathroom condo is accessed by a private lift that opens out onto dramatic black lacquered walls leading through to the stylish open-plan living space.

The large dining and living room has herringbone pattern solid oak flooring and four huge windows that look out over the Manhattan skyline. The monochrome colour scheme is only broken up by the colourful artwork and navy blue occasional chairs, perfect for flopping down into after a hard day at the studio.

The separate kitchen is arranged around a large kitchen island with marble floors and countertops. A mix of natural oak and white laminate has been used for the cabinetry and a huge window makes it light and bright.

J.Lo's other half, Alex Rodriguez has also put his former Los Angeles house on the market for $6.5 million (£5.1m). The 43-year-old bought the property from Meryl Streep for $4.8 million (£3.8m) in 2014, and now his bachelor days are over it's time to sell up.

The LA home was built in 1954 as part of a cutting-edge architectural programme and is now known as the Honnold & Rex Architectural Research House. In 2013 the house was revamped by designer and architect Xorin Balbes and is now a stylish Hollywood home. 

At 3,700-square-feet the house isn't big by Hollywood standards but does feature four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The open-plan living area opens out to the courtyard with a pool, firepit and fountains, as well as large outdoor TVs.

The separate dining room features a colourful wall mural with an eight-seater black table that is offset by the lighter-coloured chairs. Beyond the dining space is a living area with an amazing double-height fireplace column; the perfect place for relaxing after a dinner party.

The master bedroom is surrounded by glass revealing stunning views over the hills and the city. The luxurious window seat is a prime spot for enjoying the natural surroundings without ever leaving home.

Sir Michael Caine has put his sprawling nine-bedroom mansion in Surrey, on the market for $4.9 million (£3.75m). The Oscar-winning actor bought the mansion in 1999 for a mere $1.3 million (£1m) and has made a number of improvements to the property, including adding a cinema, which cost him $160,000 (£120k) to install.

Known as Keston Lodge, the main house has over 12,000 square foot of floor space and sits within eight acres of landscaped gardens. Inside, it has four reception rooms which are decorated in a country style with exposed beams and cosy carpets.

The conservatory holds the formal dining room with a natural wood table, fun bunting and views out into the garden and the rolling Surrey hills.

Bad Moms actor David Walton and his wife Majandra Delfino, have put their vine-covered 1920s Spanish villa on the market for $3.2 million (£2.4m). The couple, known for their comedy roles including his turn in the TV series New Girl and her lead role in Friends with Better Lives, bought the two storey home in 2013 for $1.7 million (£1.3m), so are set to nearly double their investment.

The couple completely renovated the property, replacing the kitchen, bathrooms and adding new plumbing and electrical systems, plus a whole-house audio system. The spacious living room is full of traditional features such as exposed beams and an imported stone fireplace.

The renovated country-style kitchen has a huge island and an array of designer-grade appliances. It opens out to a small breakfast area and a family room that also doubles as a guest room with a full bathroom.

One half of pop duo The Chainsmokers, Drew Taggart has put his super modern villa on the market for $3.9 million (£2.9m). Located in the upmarket Melrose district in West Hollywood, the star purchased the new build villa two and a half years ago for just under $3.3 million (£2.5m).

The interior is just as modern as the exterior with the open floor plan featuring a formal living room and a kitchen, providing plenty of space. The living area has floor-to-ceiling glass walls, double height ceilings and minimal furniture. With direct access to the garden, it's the perfect house for enjoying the Californian sunshine.

Maggie Gyllenhaal and husband Peter Sarsgaard have listed their Brooklyn brownstone for $4.6 million (£3.5m). After living in the property for more than a decade, the couple has decided to up sticks and move to an area where they can walk their children to school.

The actress and actor bought the property in 2006 for $1.9 million (£1.4m), so they are set to make a good profit on the sale. The home has been updated and renovated by the couple and now has four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The street-facing living room doubles as a screening room with a tiled fireplace and state of the art media equipment.

The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor and is full of luxury features such as a log burning fireplace, walk-in wardrobes and a separate study space – it's the perfect hideaway!

Kate Middleton's parents, Carol and Michael, have put their London flat on the market for $2.5 million (£1.95m). Kate reportedly lived in the property before she became the Duchess of Cambridge and moved into Bordorgan Hall with her husband Prince William.

Spread out over three floors, the house has 1,250 square feet of floor space. The living area, which sits on the second floor with the kitchen and guest toilet, has plain white decor, with a stand out red sofa and rug.

On the third floor, you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite as well as two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. The hallways are dotted with artwork including a map of the London Underground.

A few months after buying a $21.75 million (£17.2m) house in Miami Beach, DJ Khaled has put his previous home on the market for $8 million (£6.3m). Khaled bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2015 for $3.59 million (£2.8m), so is set to make a good profit from the sale.

The house is packed full of luxury amenities including an elevator so you don't even have to climb the stairs. The property boasts a stylish three-bedroom home, alongside a guest house, with ornate stone trails and pathways linking the buildings. The main house has a farmhouse kitchen and spacious living room with a stunning fireplace, which makes a great stand out feature.

Noel Gallagher's west London home has been put back on the market for $11.3 million (£8.9m) after first being listed in 2016 for $14.5m (£11.5m). The Oasis guitarist first purchased the Maida Vale property in 2010 for $10.1 million (£8m).

The six-bedroom house has a double reception room on the ground floor with high ceilings and Juliet balconies, as well as a family room, gym and entertainment space. The decor is dark and moody, with modern artwork and plush velvet sofas.

More than a year after they separated, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have put their former home in Los Angeles on the market for $4.9 million (£3.8m). The couple purchased the property in 2013 from Live Nation Entertainment president Michael Rapino for $3.3 million (£2.6m), so are set to make a profit from their sale.

Built in the late 1970s, the 4,710-square-foot house sits behind secure gates and high hedges. Walking through the front door a series of archways leads to the living area which boasts high ceilings and wood panelled walls.

Actress Kirstie Alley has listed her Los Angeles mansion for $12 million (£9.5m). The 67-year-old has owned the home in the Los Feliz neighbourhood for nearly 19 years having bought it in 2000 for $3 million (£2.4m), so has quadrupled the price of the property!

With a huge 8,622 square feet of floor space, the house is plenty big enough. Built in 1933, it has six bedrooms and is full of original features such as iron hardware and windows, hand-painted frescoes and the original owner's initials on the front door.

The stylish kitchen, which was devised by celebrity interior designer Nate Berkus, has a green colour scheme, which runs through most of the house and has shiny diamond tiles from floor to ceiling. The breakfast bar with built-in sink is the perfect place to have an informal bite to eat.

All together the estate has four separate properties on 23 acres of land with a total of 12 bedrooms and nine full and three half bathrooms. This roomy and bright living space complete with a cosy fireplace is in the main house, which covers 9,000 square feet.

The eat-in kitchen is decked out with wooden cabinets, stone worktops and a fireplace. With wraparound windows and doors, it's full of light and even has two sinks!
