After getting engaged to pop star Katy Perry on Valentine's Day, Orlando Bloom has put his Beverley Hills bachelor pad on the market for $8.9 million (£6.7m). The Lord of the Rings actor purchased his modern home, which is located in the expensive Beverly Hills neighbourhood of Trousdale Estates, around two years ago for $7 million (£5.3m).

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home has 4,000 square feet of floor space spread over a single level. The living area is the highlight of the home with a huge sunken seating area, which is lined with grey and yellow cushions for a pop of colour. The open-plan space also has a dining area and a small modern kitchen with sliding doors that lead out to the swimming pool.

The master bedroom is decorated in a fresh white, much like the rest of the house. The modern bed frame has a built-in desk, and custom fitted wardrobes provide all the storage you'd ever need. Hollywood star Emma Stone, has put her 1950s home in the Coldwater Canyon area of Beverley Hills on the market for $3.9 million (£2.9m). The star purchased the discreet home in 2012 for $2.5 million (£1.9m) and has recently had it completely redecorated.

Inside, the four-bed, five-bath house is full of quirky design features and fun interior decor. The open-plan living space has a double height ceiling and features a white brick fireplace and colourful chandeliers.

Gloria and Emilo Estefan's Miami guest house, $32 million (£24m)
Gloria and Emilio Estefan have relisted their sprawling guest property on the famous Star Island in Miami for $32 million (£24m) after they originally advertised it for $40million (£30m) in 2015. The couple is said to have bought the house 26 years ago in 1993 for $18 million (£13.7m) and have spent their time renovating and upgrading the estate.

A short walk from the couple's main home, the property has hosted the likes of J.Lo, Cher and Ricky Martin. With around 1.34 acres of land, the estate includes a five-bedroom main home, as well as a three-bedroom villa. The entrance to the main house features a grand, curved staircase that leads to the first floor, with the living room situated just through the wide opening.

The main Florida-style home is decked out with hardwood and marble flooring, apart from the kitchen which has a stone design. The large room has a centre island and white country-style units with an attached breakfast room.

The master bedroom is on the second floor of the house and has a private veranda that overlooks the back garden and pool. If all this wasn't enough, the home also has a summer kitchen, three-car garage and a spacious master bath with a cast iron pedestal tub.

Head outside through the double doors and you'll find a swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor gazebo area. As it's on the waterfront it would also be silly for the house not the be equipped with 240 feet of water frontage, a private dock and electric boat lift.

Boston Red Sox owner, John Henry has listed his amazing Florida mansion for $15 million (£11.4m). The businessman first listed the property for $25 million (£19m) in November 2018 but has since slashed the price after struggling to sell up. Henry purchased the property way back in 1991 for just $850,000 (£650k) and spent four years renovating it into the amazing estate it is today.

Karlie Kloss' Manhattan condo, $6.9 million (£5.2m)
Supermodel Karlie Kloss and husband Josh Kushner have put their stylish Manhattan condo on the market for $6.9 million (£5.2m). The couple, who tied the knot in October 2018, purchased the property in 2013 for $4.5 million (£3.4m), so they are set to make a decent profit.

The 2,000-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The east-facing living room is decorated with walnut wood floorboards in a herringbone pattern and features a black granite fireplace. Towards the end of the room sit the French doors, which lead to the luxurious bedrooms.

Liam Payne's Calabasas estate, $12.9 million (£9.8m)
Former One Direction star, Liam Payne, has cut $1 million (£750k) off the asking price for his Calabasas estate, bringing it down to $12.9 million (£9.8m). The pop star purchased the property in 2015 for $10 million and has been trying to sell for more than a year, which could be explained by his claim that the house is haunted. In the meantime, he's got the renting out the property for $40,000 (£30.4k) per month.

Mel Gibson has reduced the price of his Malibu estate by just over $350,000 to $14.5 million (£11m) after it has been on and off the market for the last three years. The Oscar winner acquired the property in 2008 for $11.5 million, so is only set to make a small profit.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home has 6,600 square feet of space plus additional quarters for guests as well as a detached three-car garage. Inside, a double-height entrance and an open-plan living and dining room are linked by rustic stone-lined doorways.

Olivia Newton-John's Australian farm, $3.9 million (£3m)
Australian actress and singer Olivia Newton-John has put her beloved 187-acre farm on the market after owning it for around 40 years. The listing for the sprawling property has no price, but reports suggest it's on sale for $3.9 million (£3m). As well as the main house, the land also has a self-contained guest suite.

The Grease star rebuilt the house in 2002, creating a French country-inspired home that has three bedrooms and a large kitchen. The rustic interior features timber floors, exposed beams and brick fireplaces. Newton-John says she is looking to pass the farm on to a fellow nature lover who can become the 'keeper of the forest'. She and her husband John Easterling tend to stay at the Gaia spa retreat when they are in Australia, which they founded in 2005.

The master bedroom contains a four-poster bed and has a private terrace that looks out over the rest of the farm. The fresh interior design differs from the heavier stone and wood on the lower floor.

Actress Sandra Bullock is offloading some her property portfolio and has put her two-residence oceanfront retreat on the market for $6.5 million (£4.9m). Located on Georgia's Tybee Island, the Bird Box star bought the estate around the beginning of 2002 for $4.5 million (£34m).
