After upgrading to a bigger pad in the affluent area of Los Feliz in Los Angeles, Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul has put his Spanish-style villa on the market for $2.5 million (£1.9m). The three-time Emmy winner purchased the house in 2012 for almost $1.4 million (£1m).

English actress Alive Eve has put her stylish 1940s bungalow on the market for $1.5 million (£1.2m). Best known for her role as Dr Carol Marcus in Star Trek: Into Darkness, Eve purchased the property almost four years ago for $925,000 (£710k) and has since remodelled the home.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's ranch style home, $3.9 million (£3m)
Located in the Franklin Hills neighbourhood of Los Angeles, this 1940s ranch-style home has been put on the market by Joseph Gordon-Levitt for $3.9 million (£3m). Having purchased the property back in 2015 for $3.25 million (£2.5m), it's set to make the actor a marginal profit if it's snapped up at the asking price.

After marrying his long term partner Char Defrancesco at the beginning of April, Marc Jacobs has put his Manhattan townhouse on the market for $15.9 million (£12.2m). It's been said that the fashion designer is looking to downsize his footprint in Manhattan, as he splits his time between New York City and Rye, where he owns a second home.

Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Hemming have put their expansive Turks and Caicos beachfront estate, where the two married, on the market for $33 million (£25.3m). A potentially record-breaking sale, the asking price for the property is the highest ever on the exclusive island of Parrot Cay.
