Kaley Cuoco landed her breakthrough role in the late 1990s, playing Bridget Hennessy in 8 Simple Rules. Today, she's known for playing Penny in The Big Bang Theory, the aspiring actress who lived across the hallway from Sheldon and Leonard. After 12 seasons, Cuoco has racked up an estimated fortune of $110 million (£86.5m). Unsurprisingly, the star has used her vast bank account to invest in lots of beautiful homes, including a contemporary crib in Lobo Canyon, California.

Just 14 months later, she's placed the home back onto the market with an ambitious $6.5 million (£5.1m) price tag, but we can't fathom why she'd want to say goodbye to this stunning home.

The rocker and his long-time partner, Melanie Hamrick, utilised the home for extended stays in the sun but have now placed it on the market with a $3.5 million (£2.8m) price tag.

Just over a year later, Drake decided to say goodbye, listing it for an inflated $88 million (£69m). Once sold, the rapper will no longer own a home in the USA, according to The New York Post. However, he still owns a 50,000-square-foot, custom-built mansion in Toronto, which will likely become his full-time home.

Star of Gossip Girl and Netflix’s hit series You, Penn Badgley originally bought this cute Catskills home to use as a much-needed retreat from the spotlight for himself, friends and family. However, while the star only made the $1.6 million (£1.3m) purchase last year, he’s already put it back on the market for $1.7 million (1.3m). With 10.5 acres all to itself, we can’t imagine why Badgley is already parting ways with this fabulously private property.
