Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's beach house: $19.9 million (£15.4m)
Movie star Jason Statham and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have put a $19.9 million (£15.4m) price tag on their Malibu beach house. The Fast and Furious actor paid $10.6 million (£8.2m) for the property in 2009, which was the same year that the couple were romantically linked. Located inside the exclusive Malibu Colony enclave, the property is called 'The Black House' due to its jet-black shingled exterior.

Inside the house, however, it's calm and bright – just as we'd expect from Rosie's fashion-forward sense of style. The large property has over 3,900 square feet of space and a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms shared between the main house and a guest apartment. The open-plan main living space is the last word in luxury with heated Belgian Oak floorboards, off-white walls and floor-to-ceiling-windows for picture-perfect views over the private beach.

The house also has two extra reception rooms. More than two years after it originally popped up for sale with a price tag of $6 million (£4.6m), Forest Whitaker's Hollywood Hills mansion is on the market again for $4.3 million (£3.3m). The actor purchased the estate back in 2003 in two transactions worth a total of $2 million (£1.5m), so he's set to make a sizeable profit, despite the price drop.

Sitting on 1.6 acres of private land, Forest Whitaker's estate has a 4,700-square-foot main house and a nearly 2,000-square-foot guesthouse with a total of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms between the two properties. The entrance to the main house opens out into a grand hallway with a sweeping double staircase that leads through to a double-height living room, spacious den and a 30-foot-long dining room.

The spacious master bedroom is decked out in a calming Scandi-inspired palette, with cool white walls, rustic woodwork and plenty of textured throws. Heather Graham's Spanish-style home: $2.9 million (£2.2m)
Actress Heather Graham has put her home in the upper Beachwood Canyon area of LA's Hollywood Hills on the market for $2.9 million (£2.2m). The Hangover star has owned the property, which was built in 1927, since 1998 when she bought it for $880,000 (£680k). With three bedrooms and five bathrooms, Graham stands to make a substantial profit on the villa.

Former radio and TV host Larry King and his soon-to-be ex-wife Shawn Southwick have put their mansion in Beverly Hills on the market for nearly $17 million (£13.1m). The couple purchased the vast mansion in 2007 for $11.7 million (£9m), and are set to make over $5 million (£3.9m) from the sale. With 10,000 square feet of space shared between the main house and the guest house, there are a generous seven bedrooms on offer overall.

After spending time renovating her home in Mandeville Canyon, Los Angeles, Glee star Lea Michele has put it on the market for just over $3.3 million (£2.5m). She originally purchased the pad in 2015 for a little less than $3 million (£2.3m), so isn't set to make a substantial profit from the sale. The secluded home is tucked away on a private lane and sits on half an acre of land with views over the canyon.

World-renowned music producer Mark Ronson has put his plush home in LA's Los Feliz up for sale at just under $5.4 million (£4.2m). The Grammy-winning star purchased the property for a jot under $4.3 million (£3.3m) in late 2016. Built in 1935, it was designed by architect William Asa Hudson and sits behind secured gates with 5,200 square feet of interior living space.

The main living space is just as eclectic as you would expect from the award-winning music mogul. Mr. Chow's lavish mega-mansion: $70 million (£54m)
After putting his property on the market for a full year before taking it off, actor and restauranter Michael Chow has relisted his huge mansion in Holmby Hills for nearly $70 million (£54m). Custom-built by Chow and his now ex-wife in 2005, the home was modelled on the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid and is full of opulent period finishes flown in from around the world, from European 16th-century ceilings to 400-year-old Moorish columns.

The actress purchased the condo back in 2007 for $1.1 million (£850k) and has since renovated it, adding high-end touches.
