With an ever-growing property portfolio, including two Wyoming ranches, a sprawling Hidden Hills mansion and their Miami Beach apartment, Kim Kardashian West and her husband, rapper Kanye West, have decided to put their minimalist Calabasas condo on the market for $3.5 million (£2.7m). The apartment was originally purchased for $1.6 million (£1.2m) in August 2017, so the pair are set to nearly double their investment if they sell up at their asking price.

The duo hired Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, whose style is described as Brutalism with soul, to decorate their pad and custom design the furniture. The finished space reflects the pair's minimalist aesthetic, which is also seen across their other properties. Pared-back and neutral, the apartment features oak flooring, grey walls and beige streamlined furnishings.

The main living space is open-plan and encompasses a kitchen, dining space and living room. Overall, accommodation is spread over 2,260 square feet, including three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Aaron Paul's Sunset Strip villa: $2.2 million (£1.7m)
Three-time Emmy-winning Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has put his home above LA's Sunset Strip back on the market. Up for sale for $2.2 million (£1.7m), the property has been reduced from its previous price tag of $2.5 million (£1.9m), when it first hit the market in April of this year. Despite the drop, the star could still make a comfortable profit, as he purchased the property in 2012 for almost $1.4 million (£1.1m).

Hollywood actor Joe Pesci has listed his longtime beach home in the town of Lavallette, New Jersey. The 7,200-square-foot mansion has been put on the market for $6.5 million (£5m), 25 years after the star first snapped up the property in 1994 for just $850,000 (£657k).

Actress Katie Holmes has listed her home in Calabasas, California, for $4.6 million (£3.6m). Located in a private cul-de-sac, the star purchased the property just over five years ago for a touch under $3.8 million (£2.9m), so could make less than $1 million (£775k) in profit if it goes for the asking price.

Musician Max Weinberg, best known for being the drummer in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, has put his home on the market for $5.3 million (£4.1m). The Bermuda Colonial-style home sits in Delray Beach, Florida, and was originally purchased by Weinberg in 2016 for $4 million (£3.1m).

Singer and songwriter Norah Jones has listed her townhouse in the Cobble Hill neighbourhood in Brooklyn for $8 million (£6.2m). The artist purchased the home back in 2009 for $4.9 million (£3.8m), so she's set to make a sizeable profit from the sale if it goes for the asking price.

Tom Ford's modernist ranch: $48 million (£37m)
Fashion icon Tom Ford has relisted his 20,600-acre New Mexico ranch, dropping the price from $75 million (£58m) to a reported $48 million (£37m). The designer first listed the property in 2016, but failed to attract any takers. Located in the Galisteo Basin, Ford purchased the ranch in 2001 and commissioned Japanese architect Tadao Ando to design the home.

American actress Zooey Deschanel is looking to sell her Cape Cod-style home in Manhattan Beach, California, for just under $6 million (£4.6m). Deschanel and her ex-husband, film producer Jacob Pechenik, bought the property nearly two years ago for $5.6 million (£4.3m), so if the house is snapped up for the asking price, the actress could be set to make a small profit.
