The Jonas Brothers' first property
The Jonas Brothers' first single, 'Mandy', was released in December 2005 and by February it was at number four in the US charts. In June 2008, just weeks after the release of their third album, the brothers clubbed together and bought their very first house. Located in the suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth, the three singers (then aged 21, 19 and 16) were granted attorney of power to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy the home for $2.8 million (£2m).

Sitting behind a gated community away from the eyes of prying fans, the home features a covered patio and swimming pool complete with a diving board outside, where there are also panoramic views of the golf course at the Vaquero Club. The brothers put the home on the market in November 2014 and listed it several times before selling a year later at a reported $2.8 million (£2m), as they prepared to buy their own individual properties.

Nick Jonas' first bachelor pad
The first brother to venture into the real estate market alone was Nick Jonas. In November 2013, before the trio sold their shared house, he purchased this Spanish-style property in the A-list neighbourhood of Los Angeles for $3.2 million (£2.4m). Set behind large gates on a private cul-de-sac, it has panoramic views over downtown Los Angeles and out to the ocean, making it the perfect private retreat for the superstar.

The four-bed, five-bath house was built in 1938 and was designed with the idea of blending indoor and outdoor living. The main living room features a stone fireplace with an exposed beam ceiling and French doors that lead out to the balcony with sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills, which can also be seen throughout the home.

The spacious master suite is one of the grandest spaces in the home with high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The textured wall and modern chandelier sit alongside traditional coving and wooden floors to make a stylish space. The adjacent ensuite bathroom includes a steam shower and a large celebrity-worthy walk-in wardrobe for the ultimate in luxury.

An outdoor fireplace with seating and a guest house made this the perfect home for the eldest brother. The property also has a gourmet kitchen, family room and a state-of-the-art security system. A little over a year after buying it, the singer put the property on the market for $3.6 million (£2.7m) and sold it in April 2015 for $3.4 million (£2.5m).

Priyanka Chopra's New York penthouse
After selling his bachelor pad it was reported that Nick was renting a home from Ellen DeGeneres, however, in February 2017 he met his now-wife Priyanka Chopra. In the summer of 2018, it was reported that Nick was staying at her apartment in New York before the couple decided to take the next step and live together permanently. The couple are still often seen coming and going from the Tribeca apartment block while staying in New York.

The bathroom is just as luxurious as the living space with stone walls and a gorgeous large vanity unit – and just look at those views! It's not known how long Priyanka owned the apartment but it was rumoured that she moved to New York to film thriller series Quantico in 2017.
Nick and Priyanka's Beverly Hills love nest
In April 2018, Nick purchased this modern home in Beverly Hills for $6.5 million (£4.9m), not long before he married Priyanka on 1 December of the same year. Located in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, the home is spread over 3,150 square feet and offers canyon views, an extended wood terrace and, of course, a swimming pool surrounded by manicured lawns.

The three-bed, four-bath property was home to the couple until August 2019 when they sold it for $6.9 million (£5.2m) to tennis star Naomi Osaka. Filled with floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, wide-plank oak floors and custom wood panelling the home has a mid-century style. The main living area features a grey basaltina stone fireplace, while the kitchen has white cabinets and a central breakfast island.

With the home turning into the office for many of us, Nick Jonas was no exception. He spent time filming and live streaming episodes of The Voice from his home office. With his very own red chair, the judge can be seen sitting in front of an exposed stone wall, with a guitar perched next to him.

After selling his house, the star decided to rent out this Hollywood estate which is perched on the summit of Los Angeles' Runyon Canyon. The modern home costs $3,500 (£2.6k) per night to rent – enough to buy a whole house in some parts of the world!

In 2016, the singer purchased this farmhouse-style home in California for $3.7 million (£2.8m). Known as Sutton House, the 5,600-square-foot property is located in the Sherman Oaks area and has four bedrooms, a home cinema and a separate guest house.

The sleek and modern interior features wide-panelled oak floorboards that run through the adjoining living and dining rooms, both of which also have panelled ceilings. Grown-up and smart, the upmarket farmhouse was put on the market by Joe in August 2018 for $4.3 million (£3.2m), almost a year and a half after he had proposed to Sophie Turner.

The wow-factor property has a modern, open-plan layout with a laid-back aesthetic. There are two ensuite guest bedrooms plus a junior master bedroom on the upper level. Joe and Sophie's marital home
After marrying long-term girlfriend Sophie Turner in May 2019, the couple purchased this brand new mansion in Encino, California for $14.1 million (£10.5m), just three miles from brother Nick's home with Priyanka Chopra. Shielded by trees and a gate, the white brick and wood-clad mansion sits on nearly an acre of land and has a total of ten bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

With 15,000 square feet of interior space, wood floors run throughout. In the main living and entertaining areas, tall, wood-trimmed doorways, high ceilings and fresh white walls give the room a grand sense of scale. The double-height hallway acts as a central atrium that leads off to different formal living areas and eating spaces.

The dining room has a stylish, climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar. The unusual design features a stone wall and a step ladder, so no bottle is out of reach. The sleek, high-end kitchen is open to the main family room and has been fitted with walnut cabinets and dark-grey stone countertops.

The kitchen and second informal dining space lead out to the garden through a series of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The outdoor space has an ancient oak tree at its centre, along with a sheltered dining loggia, built-in grilling area and deck that surrounds a firepit. It really is the ultimate alfresco kitchen. Just two years later in June 2021, the pair put the home on the market for just shy of $16.8 million (£12.6m), eventually selling in September of that year for $15.2 million (£11.4m) to DJ, Zedd.
Joe and Sophie's Miami mansion
Just three months after putting their Los Angeles mansion on the market, Joe and Sophie upped sticks and moved across the country to Florida. It was a surprising move for the Los Angeles-based couple, who bought a home in Miami's Bay Point for $11 million (£8.2m). Spread over 10,400 square feet, the new home will be the perfect base for the pair and their one-year-old daughter, Willa.

If all that wasn't enough, the home also has direct access to the ocean, with 94 feet of waterfront on the tranquil bay.
