In 2017, the lavish property hit the real estate market for a colossal $100 million (£79m). Listed for three years, the price was reduced to $60 million (£47m), when it was snapped up not by a dude, but by real estate investor Josephine Yeh, whose legal name is Bin Fen Cheng, reports Yahoo.
