Oscar winning actress, Charlize Theron has put her 1920s Spanish bungalow on the market for $1.9 million (£1.5m). Known for her impressive property portfolio, the star picked up the home almost 15 years ago for $1.8 million (£1.4m), and is said to have spent money renovating the home, so is set to make a loss on the sale. 

The kitchen, which is open-plan with the living space, features light stone countertops which sit alongside dark wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Along the sky-lit corridor, the three guest bedrooms spill out into the back garden, while the master suite features two walk-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.

After recently splashing out on a new home in the Beverly Grove neighbourhood of Los Angeles, Chris O'Dowd and his wife, Dawn O'Porter, have put their home in the Melrose District on the market for $1.8 million (£1.4m). Having owned the home for just over seven years, the couple are set to make a huge profit after buying the bungalow for $875,000 (£681k).

Located in the Nolita area, the couple have put the home on the market for $5.9 million (£4.6m), after initially putting it up for $6.5 million (£5m) earlier this year. Having purchased the home two and a half years ago for $5.5 million (£4.3m), the stars are still set to make a profit.

American retail fashion tycoon, Tommy Hilfiger has listed not one but two properties. The first being his minimalist waterfront Miami estate for $24.5 million (£19m), and the second being this European-inspired estate in Greenwich, Connecticut for $47.5 million (£37m). Bought 10 years ago for $31.4 million (£24.5m), the fashion icon's home is spread over 22 acres.
