Born with a silver (or more aptly, gold) spoon in their mouths, Donald Trump's grown-up brood were raised in the lap of luxury and like their billionaire father, have lived in some seriously lavish properties over the years, from beachside retreats to slick Manhattan apartments. However, with change upon the horizon, the Trump siblings are all snapping up homes in one luxe location. Click or scroll on to discover where and take a tour of the plush property portfolios of Donald Jr, Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany.

Donald Trump and his then-wife Ivana welcomed their first child Donald Jr in 1977 when they were living in Manhattan's coveted Olympic Tower condo. Two years later, the trio decamped to the ultra-high-end 800 Fifth Avenue, another one of New York's most prestigious addresses, and in 1981, Ivanka was born.

A year after their daughter came into the world, Donald and Ivana snapped up their first bona fide trophy home, an eight-bedroom, 13-bathroom Georgian Revival mansion in affluent Greenwich, Connecticut that they could escape to at weekends. The couple dropped a cool $4 million (£2.8m) on the 19,773-square-foot waterside property. Their second son, Eric, arrived in 1984 and together with his older siblings, spent many happy times there. 

The amazing estate was decorated in Donald's favourite Louis XIV style: think copious gold leaf, enormous crystal chandeliers, extravagant frescoes and statues galore. Following their parents' famously acrimonious divorce in 1992, the mansion was awarded to Ivana, who sold it in 1998 to financier Robert Steinberg and his wife Suzanne for $15 million (£10.6m). They gave the property an elegant makeunder and put in additional luxury amenities, but struggled for years to find a buyer, despite slashing the asking price from $54 million (£38.1m) to $32 million (£22.3m).

Donald's flagship property, the ritzy 58-storey Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue was completed in 1983. The following year, a couple of months after Eric was born, the family moved into a 6,096-square-foot triplex penthouse apartment spanning floors 66 to 68. The first level was set aside for living and entertaining, the second mezzanine level housed the master suite, while the children's bedrooms were located on the upper level.

As you can see from this photo of Ivana and her daughter taken in the early 1990s, the décor in the Trump family home is no-holds-barred ostentation. But it didn't actually start out that way. Initially, the interiors, which were designed by Angelo Donghia, were relatively restrained. Gold accents were tempered by black lacquered walls and onyx tables, and muted hues abounded. But after Donald saw the pad of flashy Saudi arms dealer Adnan Koshnoggi, the real estate mogul reportedly decided to give his penthouse a blingy revamp.

Donald scored one of the real estate coups of the decade in 1985 when he bagged the magnificent Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida for a bargain $8 million (£5.7m). As well as housing an exclusive members' club and resort, the 118-room Spanish-Moorish-style palace provided the Trump family with a glamorous holiday home. Donald splurged millions renovating the historic estate – he's said to have spent $7 million (£5m) decorating the new 20,000-square-foot ballroom with gold leaf.

Ivanka was lucky enough to get the adorable Baby House suite created for Post's daughter Dina Merrill. Inspired by Sleeping Beauty, the fairytale space features a charming silver-plated four-poster bed with cute squirrel motifs, and an elaborate fireplace decorated with garlands of plaster roses. 

Boasting nine bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms, the idyllic property has more than its fair share of standout features, including a colonnaded dining area, a lotus-shaped pool and a tunnel to the beach. With her children all grown up, Ivana decided to offload Concha Marina in 2014. The property was listed for $18.9 million (£13.4m) but ended up selling for $16.6 million (£11.7m). The buyers, fashion designer Tomas Maier and his other half Andrew Preston, undertook a major renovation of the estate, which won the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach's 2019 Ballinger Award.

In 1995, Donald bought the 230-acre Seven Springs estate in Westchester County, New York for $7.5 million (£5.3m) with a view to transforming it into a golf club, though this was thwarted by local campaigners. The property was used as a family holiday retreat throughout the Trump offsprings' childhoods instead. Built in 1919 for financier Eugene Meyer, the main residence on the estate is a 15-bedroom mansion spanning 50,000 square feet.

Three years later, Donald Jr bought his first home for $990,000 (£700k), a two-bedroom apartment in the Trump Place condo development that overlooks the Hudson River on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Talk about a view!

Donald Jr started dating model and pasta sauce heiress Vanessa Haydon the same year he acquired his starter pad and ended up proposing with a $100,000 (£71k) ring that some sources say he'd got for free. The only catch was he reportedly had to ask for her hand outside the jeweller's New Jersey store in front of paparazzi. The couple tied the knot in Mar-a-Lago the following year and went on to have five children together. 

Embarrassingly, Donald Jr was ousted from the condo's board in 2006 along with the other members for “neglectful management” according to the New York Post. This, together with his growing family, could have been behind the decision to sell the property, which was bought in 2010 by Victoria's Secret model Isabeli Fontana for $1.8 million (£1.3m). The apartment is currently on the market with an asking price of $2.5 million (£1.8m).

A year before he sold the Trump Place condo, Donald Jr acquired two adjacent properties on the 12th floor of the Sovereign in Sutton Place, an uber-premium co-op on the Upper East Side. The hotshot real estate executive paid $2.7 million (£1.9m) for the pair, reportedly merging the two apartments to create a spacious home for his burgeoning brood.

The apartment is particularly noted for its swish lobby, a mid-century modern masterpiece decked out with 1950s chandeliers designed by Italian architect Carlo Scarpa. Donald Jr extended the family home in 2014 when he purchased another 12th-floor unit, plunking down $1.6 million (£1.1m) for the additional apartment.

Donald Jr and Vanessa divorced in 2018 and rumour has it that Vanessa dated her assigned Secret Service agent shortly after the split. No photos have ever been released of the extended apartment, but the unit next door, which sold in 2015 for $2.5 million (£1.8m), gives you an idea as to how it might look.

As well as boasting seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and wonderful high-ceilinged reception rooms, the sprawling property wows with 3.9 acres of manicured grounds, a gunite pool and spa, and direct access to a spring-fed pond. Unsurprisingly, the couple made it their sanctuary during last year's strict COVID lockdown.

That same month, the couple closed a $9.7 million (£6.9m) deal with Sheri B. Nelson, the ex-wife of former New York Yankees pitcher Jeff Nelson, to buy this six-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion in Admiral's Cove, an upscale and super-secure golfing and boating community in Jupiter. But not everyone has welcomed the pair to their new manse with open arms.

As many as 30 neighbours reportedly sent letters to the Admiral's Cove property owner's association, objecting to the Trumps moving in. Still, the pleas were ignored and the sale went through, but the reception Donald Jr and his partner got was likely to have been decidedly frosty, from some of the residents at least.

In any case, the pair have plenty of indulgent features in their new home to make them feel better. Encompassing 11,270 square feet, the luxury mansion has an array of sumptuous bedrooms, as well as amenities including a fitness room, massage room, a wood-panelled office and a pool table and bar area.

Meanwhile outside, there's a palatial swimming pool, an outdoor summer kitchen, a picture-perfect waterfront garden and a private dock. Plus the loved-up couple also get to enjoy the community's club and spa, not to mention its excellent golfing and boating facilities.

Following in the footsteps of her older brother, Ivanka opted for a Trump Organization property for her starter home. She picked up the bijou two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Trump Park Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side in 2004 for $1.5 million (£1.1m).

Finished to a high standard, the apartment is small but perfectly formed, with triple-aspect windows, fine parquet flooring and a vaulted ceiling. As you can see, Ivanka clearly doesn't share her father's showy taste, eschewing elaborate Louis XIV maximalism for subtle period-style pieces, a calming light blue colour scheme and minimal decoration. 

Long after she'd moved out, Ivanka put the property on the market in 2016, the year her father was elected the 45th POTUS, listing it with Trump International Realty of course. The 1,549-square-foot apartment failed to entice any potential buyers, who were likely put off by the $4.1 million (£2.9m) asking price, and Ivanka chose to rent it out instead for $10,000 (£7k) a month.

Ivanka started dating real estate developer Jared Kushner in 2007 and the lovebirds walked down the aisle two years later at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Following their nuptials, the newlyweds moved into Jared's bachelor pad, a hip two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in Noho's red-brick 21 Astor Place building.

Jared bought the 2,042-square-foot duplex several months before the wedding for $3.2 million (£2.3m). Perfectly suited to a moneyed Big Apple singleton, the apartment has high ceilings, exposed brick walls and a roomy open-plan layout, and is fitted with surround sound throughout. It wasn't such a great fit for the married couple, however. 

According to an investigation by Forbes, the couple either leased the 4,164-square-foot property or were granted free use of it from Donald, contrary to reports that suggest they owned it. Ivanka hired interior designer Kelly Behun to refresh the penthouse and went on to showcase the stylish makeover in Elle Decor in 2012.

Ivanka told the magazine she wanted “a home where kids can live happily and my husband can put his feet on the table or lie on the sofa watching TV and not be worried.” Her designer friend didn't disappoint, creating a relaxed space brimming with understated glamour, a vibe Behun calls “modern warm”. Standouts include the custom rugs and sofas, carefully-curated abstract artworks and mid-century classics by the likes of Mies van der Rohe and Charles and Ray Eames.

Javanka and their kids vacated the incredible penthouse in early 2017, relocating to Washington DC. Forbes found that the penthouse was then sold to a woman with links to Chinese military intelligence for $15.9 million (£11.2m), which is well above the typical price per square foot. Be that as it may, the Trump Organization denies anything untoward went down and says the transaction was cleared by an external ethics counsel.

Plum roles in the new Trump administration precipitated Javanka's move to Washington DC in early 2017. The couple chose to rent rather than buy, and narrowed down their search to this six-bedroom, six-and-half-bathroom mansion in DC's leafy Kalorama neighbourhood, not far from the Obamas' home after they left the White House.

Designed by distinguished architect Waddy Wood in 1923, the property was completely remodelled in 2014 by top DC architectural firm Christian Zapatka. The interior was kept minimal with a grey colour scheme punctuated by soft purples and beiges, seamlessly fusing contemporary décor with period features.

The home was at the centre of a minor scandal back in January when it emerged that the secret service detail assigned to protect Javanka and their kids were reportedly banned from using the toilets in their home and had to rent a nearby studio at $3,000 (£2k) a month to relieve themselves, all footed by the US taxpayer. That same month, the family moved out, making a beeline for Miami, and the mansion was listed for rent at $18,000 (£12.7k) a month.

In December, Page Six reported the couple had paid Spanish crooner Julio Iglesias a hefty $32 million (£22m) for a 1.8-acre waterfront plot on Miami's private Indian Creek Island, a high-security enclave dubbed the 'Billionaire Bunker', which is home to fabulously wealthy tycoons and A-list stars. Javanka are building their dream home and future base on the site.

Ivanka and Jared's Miami shopping spree didn't stop there. According to The Real Deal, the couple also snapped up a $24 million (£17.9m) estate on the same island in April 2021. However, recent aerial photos reveal that the mansion is in need of a revamp. Clearly uninhabited for some time, the swamp-green swimming pool and cracked patio tiles have certainly seen better days.

The third-eldest Trump sibling, Eric is a businessman and a former boardroom judge on The Apprentice – as well as being a regular supporter at his father's campaign rallies. After graduating in 2006 with a degree in finance and management from Georgetown University, Eric walked into a job at his father's conglomerate. 

Eric paid $2 million (£1.4m) for the plush apartment – it later became his marital pad when the Trump scion tied the knot with TV producer Lara Yunaska in 2014. Two years later, Donald sold him two adjacent apartments for the knockdown price of $350,000 (£248k) each, half of what they were originally listed for. 

Lara has posted pics of the manse on her Instagram account, including a loved-up photo of her and Eric beside one of their vintage sportscars, and this shot of the couple, their kids and two dogs. As you can see, the house has a rustic feel that mixes classic and contemporary, with a clapboard and stone façade and double-height windows.

The sitting room, where the kids are pictured here watching their mom on Fox News, is cosy yet minimalist in its decoration, something it has in common with the Manhattan penthouse. As we've mentioned, the Trump siblings and their partners tend to favour the less-is-more approach, in stark contrast to Donald.

Joining the Trump family exodus to Florida, Eric and Lara parted with $3.2 million (£2.3m) in March for this five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom Mediterranean-style villa, which at 9,981 square feet is said to be the largest residence in the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter. It is located a mere 10-minute drive away from his brother's new place.

Though the exterior of the plush mega-mansion is designed to resemble a historic Tuscan estate home, the interior is clean and contemporary, with a double-height ceiling in the open-concept living area and marble flooring throughout – Eric obviously has much less glitzy taste than his father.

Of course, Eric and Lara have their own opulent spread of private rooms to relax and unwind in after a long day in the Florida sun. The vast master suite is an elaborate affair, with his-and-hers closets, a safe room, a sprawling spa-like bathroom and French doors that lead outside to the manicured grounds.

Following the split, Marla relocated with Tiffany to the West Coast and purchased this five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa in the celebrity-packed LA suburb of Calabasas for $1.3 million (£920k).

With all the trappings of a fancy LA manse, including a chef's kitchen, large pool and even a basketball court, the 5,770-square-foot property proved to be perfect for a billionaire's ex-wife and daughter. In 2013, Marla decided to up and move back to New York City, listing the property for $2.2 million (£1.6m).

Tiffany attended Washington DC's Georgetown University Law Center from 2017 to 2020. While studying at the prestigious institution, Donald's youngest lived in an apartment in the capital's Mount Vernon Square neighbourhood. She is shown here in the living room posing with her cute rescue kitten Petals on a pretty pink sofa.

After graduating from Georgetown, Tiffany moved into an apartment in Manhattan. Neither the location nor any other details about the property have ever been disclosed, though the scion has posted pics of the pad on her Instagram. They include this one of her posing in the living room with artist Mr. Bling, who created a portrait of the former First Child in Swarovski crystals, which is hanging on the wall behind them. Talk about jaw-dropping home features!

As expected, Tiffany has followed the other Trump children to Florida, and her mother has now relocated to the Sunshine State too. Together with her fiancé Michael Boulos, who is the heir to a billion-dollar fortune, Tiffany is currently living in the five-star Setai Hotel on Miami's South Beach while the pair hunt for a permanent home.

The couple are renting one of the hotel's suites, which cost up to a staggering $32,000 (£23k) a night. Amenities are, as you'd imagine, top-notch, with everything from world-class restaurants and luxury boutiques, to three infinity pools, a Peloton gym and an anti-ageing spa at the duo's disposal. It's fair to say the Trump siblings have done pretty well for themselves when it comes to the property game!
