After 18 years apart, old flames Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have found love again—plus a luxe new mansion to call home together, it seems. According to reports, the reunited pair are now in escrow on one of Bel Air's most opulent estates. Listed for $65 million (£49.2m), the couple has reportedly put up more than $50 million (£38m) for the mansion, according to TMZ, who broke the story. Their sources say that the couple "sealed the deal in the mid-$50 million range". Lopez herself already owns a rather luxurious Bel Air estate, worth $28 million (£21.2m), but may enjoy the extra space that this pad affords with its 1.1 acres—more than enough space for the pair's respective families.

Sitting across the road from the exclusive Bel Air Country Club, the estate was designed and built in the 1930s by renowned architect Paul Williams. A secure gated driveway leads you towards the house, with ample parking available in the large motor court, while a back service entrance hosts even more parking.

The impressive mansion has undergone a few transformations since its construction in 1936, most recently by the current owners, who bought the property for $27.6 million (£20.9m) in 2016. They overhauled the estate with a full-scale renovation, creating a stylish but traditional manse with elegant interiors.

Inside you’ll find nearly 20,000 square feet of living space, complete with 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. Back in 2018, Ben Affleck snapped up a glitzy $19 million (£14.4m) mansion on the Pacific Palisades Riviera, but we have a feeling he'll be putting down roots and making this stunning estate his full-time home instead.

Known as ‘The Bellagio Estate’, the property boasts sprawling, beautifully appointed rooms with high ceilings that open out onto the expansive backyard. Perfect for entertaining VIP guests, the entertaining spaces benefit from views over the scenic golf course beyond. 

If one kitchen wasn’t enough for the reunited Hollywood lovebirds, this Bel Air estate has a total of four kitchens for cooking up a feast. Adorned in marble, 1920s-style fixtures and a dusky pink colour palette, no expense has been spared in its design. We love the free-standing gold bathtub, which benefits from views across the private garden.
