Florida: island tiny home

Imagine waking up every day in a cute cabin on your very own island. Well, that's exactly what Tim Davidson and Sam Cosner get to do. The couple stumbled upon Tiffany, a 270-square-foot tiny house, on Craigslist. Based on a 1920s Craftsman-style bungalow, the property offered exquisite stained glass windows, wall sconces and intricate woodwork. They snapped it up before relocating to a private island in Sarasota, Florida, where they now reside.
Georgia: tiny treehouse

You'll need a head for heights to live here. This amazing treehouse lies in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the ultimate restful retreat for two. Suspended in the trees, the property is rustic and simple, but also beautifully styled, thanks to vintage furnishings, tactile fabrics and plenty of fairy lights. Its quirkiest feature is a double bed on wheels that can be used inside or rolled out onto the balcony for a romantic night of stargazing.
Hawaii: custom tiny home

We think this tiny home might just be one of the most beautiful in the world. Designed by brother-and-sister duo Ellie and Dan Madsen of Paradise Tiny Homes, the Oasis can be found in Keaau, Hawaii, and every inch was designed with purpose. Spanning just 260 square feet, it features a soaring 14-foot ceiling, a living room, kitchen, utility area, bathroom, bedroom mezzanine and outdoor bar. Inside, the interior is stunning, thanks to exposed timber beams and teal accents.

As petite as it is sweet, this vintage tiny home dates back to the 1940s and is situated behind a picture-perfect white picket fence in Victor, Idaho. Proving just how amazing garage conversions can be, this petite property in Saugatuck, Michigan, has kerb appeal, character and charm in abundance. Known as The Oriole, the tiny home is nestled on the historic Bird Center Resort and was fully renovated in 2005. Plus, with a name like the Cupcake Guest House, this tiny home couldn't get any more enticing.
New Mexico: Taos Gate House

Known as the Taos Gate House, this one-of-a-kind home is positioned in Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico, and boasts a pretty façade that's both sweet and in keeping with the local architecture. The pocked-sized property, known as Bertha's Cabin, was built using cedar and maple wood and boasts a pretty front porch and vibrant red roof. Ohio: Tullihas in the Trees

With a name like Tullihas in the Trees, this unusual tiny house is cute as a button. Proving that properties can come in all shapes and sizes, the skinny treehouse is hidden among the trees in Frazeysburg, Ohio, and is entirely off-grid. In fact, it has no electricity, running water or central heating, as well as limited cell service – perfect for anyone looking to switch off and reconnect with nature. Ever wanted to stay in a real-life Hobbit house? Well, now's your chance. This adorable little property is located in McKinney, Texas, and was created by a JR Tolkien mega-fan. Designed with painstaking detail, the owner was keen to create a unique and memorable experience – something that clearly paid off. As well as a characterful circular front door, the house also boasts a custom-made round bed, hand-carved wood furnishings and walls decorated with ivy.
Utah: fairytale tiny house

Inspired by classic fables of wicked witches and houses made from candy, this incredible fairytale home is something special. Mother Eve can be found on the cusp of Zion National Park in Virgin, Utah, and boasts a whimsical façade decorated with pops of bright colour.
