Boston Red Sox owner, John Henry has listed his amazing Florida mansion for $15 million (£11.4m). The businessman first listed the property for $25 million (£19m) in November 2018 but has since slashed the price after struggling to sell up. Henry purchased the property way back in 1991 for just $850,000 (£650k) and spent four years renovating it into the amazing estate it is today. 

The estate is set up for having a good time: Henry added a fun sports bar and has decorated it with various baseball memorabilia including World Series trophies. It also has a Liverpool FC foosball table in homage to the English premier league team that this sports-mad entrepreneur also owns.

Former One Direction star, Liam Payne, has cut $1 million (£750k) off the asking price for his Calabasas estate, bringing it down to $12.9 million (£9.8m). The pop star purchased the property in 2015 for $10 million and has been trying to sell for more than a year, which could be explained by his claim that the house is haunted. In the meantime, he's got the renting out the property for $40,000 (£30.4k) per month.

The Grease star rebuilt the house in 2002, creating a French country-inspired home that has three bedrooms and a large kitchen. The rustic interior features timber floors, exposed beams and brick fireplaces. Newton-John says she is looking to pass the farm on to a fellow nature lover who can become the 'keeper of the forest'. She and her husband John Easterling tend to stay at the Gaia spa retreat when they are in Australia, which they founded in 2005.

One of the best things about that farm is the land and outside area. Over her time here, Olivia Newton-John has planted more than 10,000 trees and the grounds include two dams, a natural waterfall and a creek and stream. Actress Sandra Bullock is offloading some her property portfolio and has put her two-residence oceanfront retreat on the market for $6.5 million (£4.9m). Located on Georgia's Tybee Island, the Bird Box star bought the estate around the beginning of 2002 for $4.5 million (£34m). 

The master bedroom in the main building has its own living area complete with wood panelled walls and a small writing desk. The opening leads through to the peaceful sleeping area where which is light and airy and decorated in a cool coastal style.

The veranda overlooks the idyllic pool which stretches out towards the sand dunes on the beach. There's no need to worry about the dunes, a boardwalk provides the residents with direct access to a private beach.
