Movie star Jason Statham and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have put a $19.9 million (£15.4m) price tag on their Malibu beach house. The Fast and Furious actor paid $10.6 million (£8.2m) for the property in 2009, which was the same year that the couple were romantically linked. Located inside the exclusive Malibu Colony enclave, the property is called 'The Black House' due to its jet-black shingled exterior.

Inside the house, however, it's calm and bright – just as we'd expect from Rosie's fashion-forward sense of style. The large property has over 3,900 square feet of space and a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms shared between the main house and a guest apartment. The open-plan main living space is the last word in luxury with heated Belgian Oak floorboards, off-white walls and floor-to-ceiling-windows for picture-perfect views over the private beach.
