The house comes with a large garden and plenty of space for alfresco entertaining
Avon Place in Ringwood, Hampshire, is a luxurious Huf Haus boasting 7,000 sq ft of living space and is fitted with huge windows that let in masses of natural light and make the most of the river views. Plus, a 20-minute drive will bring you to the Blue-flag sandy beaches of Bournemouth and well-heeled Sandbanks.
The house is a contemporary pre-fab made by Huf Haus, an admired and award-winning German company famous for their glass and wood designs
Now for the good part: for just £25 you could buy a ticket and be in with the chance of winning all of the above – albeit alongside 250,000 other hopefuls. It’s like a posh raffle, with a very, very good prize.
The house is bright and spacious with six ensuite bedrooms and lots of communal areas for spending time with the family
Aside from the house and its furniture, the winner will also have the stamp duty paid, plus solicitor fees of up to £1,500 will be covered. Full disclosure: the winner will have to stump up for running costs of around £700 per month so you will need to ensure you can afford it.
Such a large house requires a certain amount of upkeep - monthly costs for Avon Place are around £700 a month, which will need to be considered by the lottery winner
The rules are simple. Go to Win a Megahome, answer the question and pay your £25 (or more, if you’d like to enter more than once) and make sure you read the terms and conditions.
Then all you need to do is try and distract yourself until the closing date on 31 July 2018 (the winner will be chosen within a week and notified shortly afterwards).
We have everything crossed for you.
