Hastings boasts plenty of fun activities, so you'll never tire of things to do – from cycling and shopping to sailing and various watersports.
The beautiful old town is a stretch of picturesque cottages, townhouses and passageways that offer interesting independent shops, antique stores, quirky bars and cute restaurants.
For a history trip, you can’t beat the old castle ruins on the top of West Hill – the building was erected by William the Conqueror after his victory at the Battle of Hastings. Meanwhile, East Hill marks the start of a scenic three-mile stretch of coastline that makes up Hastings Country Park.
